BOB LARSON PLUMBING

Bob Larson Plumbing was prompt and the price was right. I have used them before and I will be using them again. I will give them an "A" on everything.

The serviceman surprised us. He showed up right on time. Diagnosed the problem accurately. Told us he couldn't fix it because the problem was with the installation and not really a plumbing problem. He did not charge us for the service call and referred us to another company which sent a service technician out to repair the problem. The referred technician pulled the dishwasher out, solved the problem, and reinstalled all for about $100. This was great service all the way around and we were very impressed with how Bob Larson Plumbing acted professionally, put the customer first, and solved our problem with a minimum of hassle. We will not hesitate to call them again when we need plumbing help.

He did an excellent job. He was very helpful, kind, worked very fast, and he went way above and beyond my expectations.

Micah arrived during the promised window of time. He was friendly and very quick with his work. The issue was an outside hose bib that was cut by the prior home owner. Micah got under the hose installed a new line, new frost free hose bib and was done all within an hour. He even lets us borrow a T square for a non related job we were doing.We will certainly use Bob Larson's again for our plumbing needs.

No trouble found but great for my peace of mind. I did not ask for or about pictures/recording of the pipes.

Both guys who showed up were professional. They had to work around the movers trying to get through the kitchen and weren't annoyed by it. I wasn't able to print out my Angie's List coupon because the printer was in one of MANY unopened boxes, they honored the 10% off anyways. These guys are great!

They did an amazing job! They did the job ib the timeframe they said they would, they were clean (they even wore little boot/shoe covers so as to not track dirt into our home). They also placed mats down on our floors to further minimize dirt getting into our home. When it came time to pay, there were no 'hidden' fees. The estimated price was the price we paid. They were courteous and professional. Their crew is VERY knowledgable about plumbing. Bob personally trains each one, so they know the plumbing business the right way. We have had them back to replace other plumbing (as needed )and they have done 80-90% of all we needed done over the years. We have an older home (built in 1947), but it now has all new plumbing, thanks to Bob Larson and his crew! The reason we did not get ALL our plumbing done by them, is that we did not know of them at first, so we had other plumbers come and do repairs, at MUCH higher cost than Bob Larson plumbing. He also gave us discounts, as well as to one of my friends for a plumbing job they had done. They give you the best deal they can and we HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a leaking hose faucet at the back of our house that kept getting worse. Upon removal of the faucet, we inspected the pipe (copper) in the wall and discovered it was crimped. We took the faucet unit to some local hardware stores for replacement and /or advice. After several discussions with hardware plumbing dept specialists, we decided the scope of work possibly needed would be best done by a pro. Upon researching on Angies List, we chose Bob Larson above the others because of the reviews, payment options and coupon for Angie's List members. They were easy to get hold of on a Sunday because of their answering service. Upon next business hours, they promptly called to schedule an appointment which was the next day. They were prompt. The technician was professional and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and you couldn't even tell they were here after they left. He even had to move a fridge in the garage out of the way to do the work. He moved it and replaced everything as it was. The tech explained what was done, what needed to be done before he did it and explained how to use the new faucet (it was a new design than was on there before). I rated price as fair because it is the 1st time we have had to use a plumber and I have not researched prices for similar services. It was only slightly over what we expected for the job. (Not knowing what plumbers rates were, we expected about 300. It was 360 total before the discount.) For the scope of work done, we believe it was a fair price. Service and work was excellent. If we ever need use of a plumber in the future, they will be the ones we call.

They did a quality work. They were responsive. They showed up on time. I would use them again in the future too.

I liked the promptness. I thought his price was fair compared to what I was quoted by some other people. I liked that the owner himself came out to do the work. I liked that he was local. I didn't dislike anything. I would recommend him to anybody.

I have elected to not have that work done right now. I would consider using Bob Larson Plumbing service to give me a quote in the future too.

They are very responsive and fair priced. They seem to ask questions related to their job. They were very helpful. I would rate them a C for responsiveness as after the main parts of the job were done they weren?t as responsive as before.

I spent about $800 on the job. I had a tub leaking out the drain. So, they had to plumb the bottom of the house. They had to cut around the beams in the basement to get access to the plumbing and re-plumb it. The house was a rental one. So, they dealt with the people there. I will use them again in the future.

They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. But I thought the price was outrageous.

My faucet was dripping and I had a plumber who was recommended by my remodeling contractor come out to assess the problem. Because I was a side-job, he saw me on a Saturday and then was told that he needed to order the part. After 6 weeks, I decided to go with another plumber. Bob was prompt, clean, knew when he needed to get more information and from whom, and honest. He could have replaced 2 cartridges for my grohe lav handles but he charged me for a rebuild on one cartridge instead. big savings. I've used several plumbers and Bob Larsen will be the one I'll recommend to all of my friends.

The experience was absolutely fantastic. We were really in a bind because our hot water heater broke and they got the manufacturer to honor the warranty. They really went to bat for us and they gave us a bid that they stuck to, which was awesome. They really did a great job. They were professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a really good job. They were timely and efficient. We now have a tankless water heater that works so we are pretty happy.

Very good they were good people to work with. I had an issue with plumbing outside the original scope of work and they stayed late to repair the problem.

Bob Larson was able to find a rep that would come out on a Saturday to give us a quote for the work we needed, this was much appreciated so that I did not need to miss a day of work. The rep was running late and called to let us know the new arrive time. He was friendly and personable and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgable about both the water heater and toilets and offered several options for us to choose. He asked if we had any other issues we wanted him to look at since he was there, we have some fixture issues that we will replace in our next bathroom project, but his interest was appreciated. It was a low pressure situation and we didn't feel we had to make a quick decision right then and there. The same rep came out to do the insallation. He was on time, had one additional rep along to help him. He did not give an estimated time to finish the work, but was wrapped up and done in a reasonable amount of time for the two tasks.

Micah came out & gave us a written estimate and we agreed on a date that he would do repairs. Our home has old plumbing and one of the faucets had to be re-ordered. This delayed the work, but he immediately called to let us know and we had no problem with this. He was always on time, very friendly, had a professional appearance and attitude and worked very hard. His priority was to do all of the work correctly. We felt very comfortable having him in our home and would definitely use him again. We now have new fixtures and great water pressure throughout the house.

It went very well. Because I was coordinating the different work...I needed to have a few things changed. Like the distance of the toilet from the wall and they were very helpful. They came on time, explained what their process was...and cleaned up everything when they left. Bob Larson stopped by to check out their work while they were working.
