Came after hours. It went fine.

Micah came to my house, was very professional & courteous, was here about 2 1/2 hours inspecting the items I requested. This house was built in 1985 and the plumbing is all original. Even though he inspected a number of other items for me, he didn't charge me anything for the extra time he spent here, which I appreciated. Even though I couldn't print it, he still gave me the 10% off per the Angie's List coupon. I will definitely be using Bob Larson Plumbing again.

I did not use this provider, however he provided excellent telephone and on-site recommendations, and went out of his way to give me help. I would recommend him to others.

The first time he came over and snaked my toilet he informed me that there might be trouble with the toilet and might need to be replace. I called on Saturday to tell him that the toilet had clogged again and Monday morning I got a call from them, and they came over that afternoon and replaced the toilet and checked the pipe. They cleaned up completely and took the old toilet to be discarded. They were very professional, prompt and experienced. They get the job done. They are easy to work with. I would absolutely use them again and recommend. They also give a senior discount and give an estimate on all their work.

They have been absolutely bullet proof. They show up when they say they will. They charge me exactly what they said they would and they are extremely trustworthy. I used them for multiple properties that I own. They call me before they go out to the rental properties that I own, which is greatly appreciated.

Micah showed up on schedule and had the problem (leaky tank gasket) diagnosed and corrected within 20 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely use Bob Larson next time we have a plumbing problem, and recommend this company to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue.

He was superior in every way. Price wise he was careful because he realized that this was an older person with a limited income and he did his very best to keep his price low. I did not shop him and after I got an estimate he tried to keep his price low or lower

Turns out the inside of the faucet works needed a little $15 part. There was no approximate time for arrival but when I called again they came about 30 minutes later. Took 5 minutes to determine problem but they didn't have part so were going to get one and return the next day. Possibly at end of day. So I take another day off since I wasn't given a time but they were going to call in the morning to give me a time. Well he did call and came within the hour with part and another 5 minutes and work was completed. Explained possibly may need future work and went on about how to proceed then. So the whole thing cost me 2 house visits which I wasn't pleased about but since it was a smaller problem I figured it was worth it as problem is fixed to my satisfaction.

We had several bids for the work. We were Impressed with Jason's bid as it was clear what was going to be done and why. His bid took into consideration that the remodeling contractor may have taken short cuts that could cause leaks in the future. He did indeed need to make some corrections from the remodel. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and the single lever handle.

Things went great! My kitchen faucet had literally corroded and exploded. I'd been calling plumbers all week trying to find someone that could come right away, but everyone gave a week wait time. I finally went on Angie's list and found Bob's Plumbing. I called Wednesday at noon and they scheduled a plumber to be at my house the next day. Bob himself did the work. He was running a little late butcalled to let me know. He arrived at the new time, only an hour late. His last job ran a little longer than expected. No problem. He had to drill out the old faucet and then replaced it with the new faucet I had purchased. He did an excellent job, and I'm very happy with the results. Bob was also very polite, nice and neat while doing his work (even cleaning up after he was done working). He even honored my Angie's 10% off coupon. I'd highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic. They were responsive and able to come out quickly. They thoroughly inspected the problem area and showed me what was wrong. They offered several options for repair and were able to come back out two days later. When they came back to install everything, they were quick and efficient again. Really excellent job. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues.

Decided to use another service

They were late and I had to call them but had a good reason. The service man they sent was very personable, took the time to talk to me when I asked questions. I thought the repair was going to be very costly but he explained it was just a small part and was able to fix it in a short time. I was very impressed because I have been taken advantage of by other plumbers when they realized I had little knowledge of plumbing. I very much appreciate their professionalism and will use them again.

They were great, they were out here on time, and gave me the 10% Angies List discount. They were good. They were fair on their price, they were professional, and cleaned up their mess. I called them at 8.30 in the morning and they were by 9.30. They were very quick. They had a cancellation so they just fitted me in. I had a good experience and I have a few things to take care of so I would use them again.

contacted them initially thru a message on Angie's List message system and they were not only the FIRST to respond, they were the only ones to reply thru the message system. I sent several messages to other companies and kept checking my messages to see if any one had replied. I like that they were tech savvy enough to use the messaging system as intended.

Cleared the drains, made sure nothing remained in the pipes that would cause any trouble, replaced under sink pipe sections/gaskets, etc as needed. They were also nice enough to check a couple other minor areas we had questions about. Very nice, personable and cleaned up everything before leaving.

They come when they say they are coming. They are very respectful. They are good to communicate with you.

I was provided their name by a member of my church. The person who answered the phone was very professional and was able to schedule me right away. I had called three plumbers. Bob Larson Plumbing happened to get scheduled first the next day for an estimate. I was really worried this was going to be a major and expensive problem. The plumber came in and advised that he believed that when we put in a hot water heater a couple of months ago that rust inside our galvanized pipe had broke loose and partially clogged the filters in multiple faucets and appliances plus he found a bad washer. Once he cleaned the first faucet that one completely cleared up. I went ahead and let him give me a price and he fixed all the others right then and there. He was very friendly and helpful. When he left everything was working as it should be. The only hiccup was the next day when I went down to the laundry room and realized that there was water under the mat in front of the sink which sits on laminate flooring. It could have caused a problem but it appears I caught it quickly enough. I would use them again.

My 20 yo hot water heater had started leaking and I was worried it would flood the garage. My schedule is limited and after review Angie's list I called Bob Larson. They were able to come out after work on a Friday to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable so I scheduled the replacement on Monday. I really appreciated that they could schedule me so soon - other plumbers I contacted were two weeks out. MIcha was right on time and went right to work in the very hot garage. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions. In a short time I had a new water heater and no more leaks. He also was kind enough to fix the hot water tap on my kitchen faucet. Wow really appreciate the great customer service!! Definitely will call them again when I have a plumbing problem which ofcourse there are many.

He diagnosed the problem right away, he had the parts with him he didn't try to up sale me. He had his tools, and put footies over his shoes. He was finished in a timely manner. He knew what he was doing and he was very courteous.

Mr Larson was very punctual. He wore shoe protectors so not to dirty the carpets. He presented some extended services if I wanted extra work done. No sales pressure. He worked very quickly and quietly as I had a grandchild sleeping down the hall. His work was completed efficient and quick. I believe he was completed in about 40 minutes.

It went well. There were some problems but Kevin solved them cwithout complaint.

The plumber arrived on time for the estimate, asked us to explain what we wanted, asesssed the current siutation, provided recomendations, answered all our questions, and left us with an estimate. While he sat out in his truck documenting his visit and calling his office to set up his next appointment, we taked it over and before he had a chance to leave we scheduled the replacement. On the day of the installation, he called in advance to make sure we were ready, and that we had no additinal requirements since we spoke last so that he could be prepared, and also to tell us when he woud arrive exactly. He arrived on time. Because the tank is in a closet inside the house he began by laying out protective coverings. He then explaned what he was going to do exactly. Before drilling and holes, he presented choices and asked us how we wanted it done. Then he went to work and completed the job very well. He gave us a quick walk through to our satisfaction on how to adjust the unit, how it worked, where the information was, and how to light the pilot light if needed. He cleaned up the entire area when completed. We were very satisifed with his professionalism and workmanship from start to finsih.

Kevin was the person we contacted, he did the initial evaluation. He also gave us the estimate and did most of the work. He finished it on-time and for the quoted price.
