Used 3 different augers/plungers to fix clogged toilet. I appreciated the different tries rather than going straight to removing the toilet after the first try failed to find/fix the problem.

We demo'ed and prepped the area of the leak by removing drywall, etc. Micah from Bob Larson came out and was done in about 30-45 minutes. Very polite and professional. This is my second time using Bob Larson Plumbing, They are my go-to when i have plumbing needs. Much more reasonably priced than the "big name" football player-endorsed plumbing company you see on TV (I used that company once before discovering Bob Larson and team). They also offer a discount to Angie's List members. Cannot reccommend the Bob Larson team enough! Thanks!

This plumber is great, they fixed my toilet after a plumber from another company tried 3 different fixes and couldn't find the problem. I am very happy with the results and I will definitely call them again next time I need a plumber. They have plumbers available over the phone in the mornings, and they have daily company meetings to discuss what they are going to do that day. They sound very organized. They are very courteous and professional.

There was problem that popped up when they were under there and they fixed it at no extra cost so that was good. They left and everybody was really happy. I would definitely use them again.

We found them through Angie's List. He had great reviews so we chose him. The lady on the phone had excellent report. They were prompt. Their service was great. Their workers were excellent. It was just excellent service. They came in when they said what it was gonna cost. There was no hidden charge. I definitely would recommend them to people.

They were very professional, and very courteous to deal with. We had a mix up in the scheduling, and it cost me a few hours of sitting in the freezing house, but once they realized that, they did everything to remedy that, and they were very professional about it. The price seemed average. They were very responsive.

The service professional showed up on time and was very nice. However, the estimate for the replacements were $1175.00! He told me that was their flat fee for these services. I said thank you but I am not paying that. I paid the $60.00 call out fee (which I was NOT told about when making the appointment). I then went to Home Depot and purchased a new disposal ($99.00) and a faucet ($120.00) and paid our renter to install ($200.00) and they work great.

We called Bob Larson Plumbing after being told by another provider that they couldn't get out for a week. The woman I spoke to was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. After being put on hold for a few minutes, she came back and told me they'd be here that afternoon around 4:00. When the service tech thought he would arrive late, he called to let me know and then arrived at the exact time he projected. He cleared the clog and checked the pipes several times making sure the toilet would flush with no problem. Then, he went to the room below to check the condition of the walls, ceiling, and carpet. He told us if we had concerns, he could recommend a restoration company to come check out the extent of possible water damage. He called the company right then and they called us back within five minutes to schedule a time to come out. Our entire interaction with Bob Larson Plumbing was pleasant from beginning to end...from the first phone call to the service tech walking out the door. We will definitely use Bob Larson Plumbing again...actuallly, they're coming back on Monday for a different problem.

Dealt directly with the owner Bob Larson. He was fantastic, prompt, communicative through the process, and a straight-shooter. No "hidden fees" that I've gotten in the past from other companies, no tacked-on parts costs. The price I was quoted up front was the price I paid. They even offer an Angie's List coupon so I paid LESS than I was quoted. Call Bob and his team, mention Angie's List, get the coupon from his listing, and rest assured you are in good hands! Determine the problem, gave me written quotes on three alternatives, got permission to do the work and completed it in the time frame stated.

I have seen him on Angie's List, and I like the website, and I talked to some other people, and I liked their set up. I think the pricing is a little bit high, but they stand by their work. Their responsiveness is good. The owner of the company came out, and he was on time.

After discovering water in the crawl space under my house after the recent rains, I tried contacting other service providers and was told it would be at least a week till they could look at the problem. I called Bob Larson Plumbing and they came out that afternoon and began pumping out the water. They set up a course of action to fix the problem and began working on it, thus preventing the water from doing any damage to the insulation. They ordered the pump and installed it a few days later. My technicians were Tom and Wayne and they were the best. They worked hard, were always there when they said they would be, did an excellent job, and all for a very reasonable price. If you need plumbers these are the guys to call!

We had no hot water. Bob came out cleaned the unit and determined the pressure sensor was bad. Bob located the part late Friday afternoon. He arranged for us to pick up the part after hours and. He came back Saturday morning and within half hour we had hot water. We highly recommend Bobs 's Plumbing.

The appointment was scheduled about three days in advance. The plumber called about 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and said he was running late but would be there soon. He repaired both problems quite fast and showed me how to a future fix if needed. I would use this plumbing company again.
