Description of Work: Raised shower head in main floor bathroom and upgraded fittings on toilet & sink. This work was part of a complete bathroom renovation project. Once floor & tub surround tile work was done by a different contractor 3 weeks later, Bob Larson plumbing returned to install new shower head and bath tub faucet system that we purchased from them at no charge. Thomas Firch was was the professional plumber that handled our job and we are very pleased with his work & attention to detail. My husband was under foot a lot asking questions and observing the work being done; Thomas was patient and professional at all times when answering questions.

Description of Work: They gave me a quote to fix/replace an outside faucet for $581!!!! They admitted they were high and suggested I could get other quotes. I did and had a great job done by another plumber on Angies List.

Description of Work: They installed a hands-free faucet in the kitchen. We were also given advice on a future plumbing job. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking hot water heater and updated the gas pipes. Wore booties and cleaned up beautifully; did the work almost silently while we had a dinner party in the next room. Wayne went out of his way to do this on a Saturday. Called the next AM to check on things; came back to tighten a loose fitting. Great work

Description of Work: Although we ended up using a different company (because it was an emergency and they were able to get to us sooner) the customer service that we received was amazing and I would definitely call them again in the future although hopefully we won't need to!

Description of Work: Fixed leaking faucet in backyard - need to cut into the wall in guest bedroom to change out pipe. Nice clean cut - easy repair - price was very good. Found bad news with water heater - will have to get new tank - old tank warranty didn't cover type of damage that incurred due to last plumber's inadequate installation. Expected cost is high.

Description of Work: MR. Larson completed a walk through with us and then, within 24hours, submitted a proposal. Work commenced a couple of weeks later (our reguest) . Work included replacing water lines; new plumbing for a laundry room; new discharge pipes to our septic. It also included changing plumbing in the main bathroom so we could change our vanity from one sink to two sinks. Jason and Tom completed to work. The were very professional and communicated with us consistently. We never had to guess about what they were doing. We are very happy with the completed work.
