Description of Work: After describing the problem with my dryer, she was able to diagnose that I only needed a new dial and she told me two places to get it. She was awesome. Saved me a ton of money and headache and they will definitely be my go to repair choice in the future.

Description of Work: Washer was broken. service rep (Ben) arrived and diagnosed problem immediately and made repairs. He had the materials to accomplish repairs on hand. The repairs were accomplished quickly and professionally. Ben was very personable and new our machine. The repairs took at mostan hour. I would definitely recommend Ben's Appliance Service.

Description of Work: Repaired a dishwasher....Took his time and was able to clear the pump and getting it running again. He could have just said that the pump needed to be replaced and charged more. He didn't. He fixed it cleared the problem and was done in under 45 minutes. I would highly reccomend him and would use this service again.

Description of Work: Joined Angie's List this morning, found and called Ben's Appliance, and he was out here within the hour. Fortunately, he was coming this way at the time so he could fix my dryer door which wouldn't stay closed. Very nice people!

Description of Work: We had a dishwasher that was running loudly. Ben came out and took everything apart on the inside.of the dishwasher and found some hard objects in the filter. He cleaned everything, put the parts back in and tested it to make sure it everything was ok. It now runs and sounds like new! He was right on time and his price was good! We would definitely call him again!
