My garage door would automatically open while I was gone so they replaced the whole door. They did a very good job and were efficient. I would recommend them to friends or family. Nothing to dislike. Overall it was a great experience.

Great! They are very friendly and nice people. They were in and out very quickly. They got the job done and the garage looks fine. Initially he thought that I might not need the service. He came and checked it out and he was really open about it. He thought it might be nothing and it turned out it was something. They are quick, efficient, personable and the garage door has noticeably improved. They did not charge me any additional.

I did a fair amount of research because our 2 garage doors needed major work. One was inoperable, and both doors needed new springs, openers, controls, and bottom aluminum strip and rubber (the old faulty stip was causing a mouse problem). One door had a minor dent and I was not sure if the door needed replacing. David came out and showed me exactly what I did and did not need. He determined that both doors were still servicable, and explained what repairs would be needed. His bid was at or below what other contractors had quoted. I asked how experienced my installer would be, and he explained that the installer had many years of experience. I accepted the quote and scheduled the job. The installer arrived on time, did quite a lot of work on my doors, and then oriented me on the new openers, controls, and remote keypad. Everything was perfect. Operation was quiet. The bottom rubber stripping was tight. The openers came with motion sensors that allow us to enter our garage without even flipping a light switch, and there is even a temperature read-out. This is quite an upgrade from the old, loud equipment we used to have. I could not be happier with Rainier Pacific Garage Doors and would recommend them to anybody.

I called them to REPAIR, if possible, garage door track, and straighten door. Our garage door was so old he didn't think he could even get parts. Decided on a new door and new opener. Same day service! Andy and another fellow did the job, two delightful, friendly and helpful guys. I'm really glad I chose Rainier Pacific Garage Doors, Inc.

We called to ask that they come out to repair our garage door. Instead, he was able to tell my husband over the phone how to do the repair himself. I find this kind of service to be above and beyond. He could have come to our house and done the repair and charged for the service, but instead saved everybody time and money.

The service was great, very respectful, quick and did not try and upgrade my purchase. Also informed me how to prolong the life of the springs with periodic maintenance. I will use this company again and highly recommend their service technicians.

Our garage door wouldn't open, and they quickly assessed that one of our springs was broken. They had the parts and fixed it quickly and with a great attitude. They also shared that our rollers are the type that last forever, so in order to give us our money's worth they serviced the rollers on both of our doors. Great guys to work with. Highly recommend them.

The service went fine, the doors great fine now. We had worked with them before but at another house, and so we already know that they do a great job.

The work was done very well and am happy with the new product. Although it was expensive it is a quality door opener.

Everything turned out well. They did the work as promised, completed the job quickly, and didn't try to sell unnecessary services. Ultimately, they did a good job for a fair price, and we would recommend them to others. The only issue is that we did have to wait a few weeks before they could come to the house, but this wasn't a major problem.

Rainer Pacific Garage Doors were great. They came out on time and preformed all the service in about 30 minutes. They installed a wireless garage door opener to the outside of our garage along with servicing both garage doors. I would and I have referred them to my friends/family.

Service was very good and the appointment was easy to arrange. The Keypad, however, isn't as easy to access or use as what we had at our other house. I didn't have any choice as to what unit was installed. It works, but I would have selected a different unit if given a choice. Since I had already purchased the service, I felt I was locked in.

everything was great...the one exception is that I haven't been able to get my homelink to work with the new garage door opener. I asked the installed specifically if the new opener would work with my homelink and he said yes...but after reading online it looks like additional parts are needed (homelink repeater)

Vendor showed up on time. Removed old motor and replaced it with a new one. Updated switch. Provided external battery power switch. Provided coupon for MyQ Internet link (which is an awesome add-on; was free). They showed up on time. Performed the specified job and removed waste and deprecated hardware.

the door was out of alignment and the garage door opener did not work properly. The service person showed up with in agreed time, looked at the door, showed me the problem, told me that my door was still in good shape and did not need replacement, but gave me an estimate cost to replace and explained what they would change. then fixed my door and garage door opener. He was in and out in about 30 minutes.
