The repairman, Ricky, was equally accommodating and courteous. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the repairs he performed. Very well. We are extremely happy with the suggestion made by Katie as to what model and type of opener would work best for replacing our existing garage door opener. She suggested Linear Model 800 1/2 HP Belt Drive vs Chain Drive. The difference in price $40 more and worth every $. The garage door is right below our living room area. It is so quiet, you can barely hear the garage door open and close. Unlike our old one where you definitely could tell somebody was pulling in and out of the garage. The installers were just as professional from when they first arrived, installation and then explaining the use of the control openers on our outside pad and 2 remote controls before they left our house.

Rainier pacific guys did the awesome job to replace two of my old garage doors, I asked 6 companies for the quotes, Rainier Pacific response me with the best prices: every detail of items and steps explained from Katie, then David quickly came the next day and give every detail explain about their product and gave me very valuable suggestions how to stable my old garage frames. later with the schedule, Andy and Rich came and did excellent job to replace the old heavy last century doors! I am really appreciate it! Less cost,best quality, why not! I am highly recommend those guys!!

Great work. Clearly experienced professionals. Called them for garage door opener calibration work on one door. While here they checked out the other door to ensure it was working well and lubricated both springs.

Great.. busy time of year. They worked with me to find a time that was convenient. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns and issue, tested it before making any decisions and they provided me with options. They came prepared and went right to work when I decided what I wanted. Even helped program my other remotes with the new unit.

They were punctual, and installed the door. I later realized that the door they installed was not the exact type of door I ordered. I called them to tell them of this, and they apologized and told me they'd order a new door and install it (no charge). So, they made a mistake, but 100% corrected it and me me happy. I have sometimes seen contractors NOT correct their mistakes, so it was refreshing to see these guys standing behind their work. Thanks!
