Workers arrived a bit earlier than scheduled which was great. Worked efficiently. Kept work area clean while working and left it clean when finished. Didn't seem to mind answering questions while they worked.

Removed and replaced doors, and adjusted door openers in under 4 hours. Excellent service. Others wanted more money and more time to do the job. Installed insulated doors for same price others wanted for non-insulated doors.

Dave Vance came out to look at my job and give me a quote. At the time, I had decided to replace the openers as well for $325 each, installed. I put down a 50% deposit. This was just after the close of the Puallup fair and they had booked a lot of business at the fair so the earliest they could schedule was 31 October. After rethinking about the openers, I decided to not replace them. They told me they could not hook them up to the old openers because the old openers did not have the modern safety features. I agreed to make the connection myself and that was no problem. At the installation, the price was adjusted to remove the openers and the tax on them. The crew of 3 arrived promptly at 9AM on the scheduled day and was finished by 11:15AM. They removed the old wood trim and added vinyl gaskets around each door. They also changed out the old cable suspended springs and installed roller type springs mounted on a bar over the door. They did not damage anything and cleaned up thoroughly. The doors look and function great. I am very pleased.

The job was done without any problems. Very courteous, professional installers who worked clean and cleaned up all garbage, swept the garage after, wiped down the entire new door, disassembled and took away old door, and thoroughly went through all instructions for the care of the door.

Freed gummed rollers for smooth opening and closing. The steel wheels should stay since replacement rollers are plastic and will not hold up on my size of door. The springs are in great shape and bottom door seal is sufficient. All my questions and concerns answered. Still good and I know how to deal with small concerns, too. Sorry for later review. Full smooth functioning of door movement restored. Recommended that I keep existing steel ball baring rollers. ( best for my double size door) Did not even attempt to sell me plastic roller replacements. Gunk and dirt was preventing easy side to side movement of rollers. Side to side movement cleared and lubricated (WD40) for all rollers. All door hinges were tightened. This also restored the spring tension as well balanced and not part of the problem.

What a terrific job they did! Not only did they help me get a new opener installed but they also fixed and moved the old one to the 3rd car garage door. Then they brought me some universal remotes so that all of the garage doors could be opened with one remote...I'm so happy with the work they did!

I had met Dave Vance at a home show about a year ago and asked him to send someone out to replace some springs and realign the tracks of my garage door. I had an old wooden garage door where the tracks weren't installed properly and didn't work very well and the springs were worn out. Dave gave me a very fair deal on the price. I had purchased a low ceiling adapter and ceiling tracks from Home Depot prior to the work and it was going to require a lot of intricate work to install, but I figured that was the only way to install it on this particular garage door. Dave and Andy came out and assessed the garage door. They pointed out that if we used their track, it's much stronger, industrial strength, and I won't have to cut off part of the tracks. I agreed to use their part. Then they asked me if I wanted a new door too. I originally declined because I really liked the appearance of my old door. They then explained to me that my door had a lot of gaps between the opening and the door, and it wouldn't shut all the way at the bottom. If they replaced the garage door everything would fit nice and snug. They also let me know that my track was flimsy and I noticed that their's was really rock solid strong. Since they had given me such good advice on the track, I agreed to the new doors due to the huge gaps. They installed the new doors and torsion springs and I was really impressed with the work that Dave and Andy did. It was beautiful! I was really happy with it. Everything was just perfect. Now when I go out to my garage, there's no daylight coming though and no draft. It was more than I had intended to spend, but i thought it was well worth it. If anybody needs any work done on their garage door or needs new garage doors, I would recommend calling Dave Vance because he was very fair and if available, I recommend you ask for Dave and Andy because I can't tell you how impressed I was with their workmanship.

THE TWO MAN CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE TOTALLY PREPARED. I ENJOYED WATCHING THEM WORK, WITH THEY'RE PERMISSION. THEY WENT TO WORK AND HAD THE WHOLE THING INSTALLED IN JUST OVER A COUPLE OF HOURS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO MY WIFE AND I AND LEFT THE GARAGE SPOTLESS. NICE GUYS AN GREAT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

This is the second time we used Rainier Pacific Garage Door (1st time was for the other garage door at our house). They were prompt, friendly and hardworking. Total cost came in less than what I was expecting for 3 hours of labor and parts. Highly recommend this company.
