I sent an email from their website. Someone called to schedule an estimate. Once we scheduled the work, they had to reschedule once due to a delay with the doors. They installed the doors within a week or so after accepting the quote. They took time to explain the remotes, keypad and maintenance. We had one minor problem with a seal not working well. They came back out and quickly solved the problem. The new doors are great and we had a great experience working with Rainier Pacific.

They were very responsive. Actually, it happened quicker than we anticipated it would and they were very accommodating. They exceeded our expectations. They were good at cleaning up after themselves after everything was done. They were easy to work with, reasonable and punctual.

They were professional. So far the door system is working well.

This wasn't a difficult job, I called and the call was returned very quickly. They were able to find and fix the problem right away and were gone quickly. Thank you.

Technician showed up promptly, but the work could not be completed due to the kind of doors the previous owner installed on my house. Technician tried many different ways to make it work and really did his best. The company refunded my money (the $99 referenced above) in full and was friendly and helpful in all its service and communications.

The technician arrived within the service window originally given to me and made an advance call to let me know he was on his way. He took a quick look at what needed to be done and made all of the service repairs in less than 45 minutes. He was courteous and efficient.

I called them to set up an appointment to install the keyless garage door and he came right out and installed it right away.

They were out within a couple of hours and fixed it, they had great service and the office to the repair person was very nice to work with.

He showed up on time, did a safety inspection, and then installed my entry pad. He was done in no time. If I have any garage door needs in the future, this is the company I will use.

The electric garage door in my 10 1/2 year old house would not raise - it made a lot of noise when I used the remote, but had to be lifted by hand. Based on their excellent reviews and feedback, I called Rainier Pacific Garage Doors from work. While I was at work, they went to my house the same day, determined the cause of the door's failure and called me the same afternoon, giving me two options to fix or replace it, with the cost for each. I elected to have it repaired and they came out the next day while I was at work and fixed the door. It was such a relief to arrive home after work, depress the remote control and have the garage door work. I would highly recommend this company. I never met anyone associated with the company, but I talked to Dave each time I called or they called me and he was friendly, efficient and someone I came to quickly trust. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. My door opener was repaired with absolutely no inconvenience to me.

I bought this service when it was offered as a big deal, because to my knowledge, my garage door had never been serviced. The men who came to do the job were on time and professional. They showed me where and how to lube (W-D 40) the door, after they were finished. Besides lubing , they also tightened the chains and checked the rollers. The door is much quieter now and runs more smoothly.

A representative came out and gave me a bid proposal, explained the difference in quality of the different types of garage doors, told me all of the items included in the price, such as vinyl trim moulding , reconnecting existing garage door openers, and removal and disposal of old doors. On the scheduled day, the worker came and installed the doors. He was professional, did a great job, and the new garage doors are beautiful, work well, and appear sturdy. I'm very pleased with the results.

This went great. The technician had to perform a difficult install. This garage door system is amazing and the insulation is a clear difference maker. With our old garage door we had outside air temperatures inside the garage. We knew it was bad but did not realize how bad our old garage door was until the following day. The new garage door has impacted the temperatures in over 60% of the house. I entire downstairs and the bedrooms above the garage are so much warmer. Our furnance is now kicking on way less. If you have a tough job, you can count on these guys to do an excellent pre-visit that is honest.

They do a great job answering installation questions. I did a custom install, so they advised me of a different spring to use for the job. They helped me decide which spring would be the best for me to use. They have the right products at the right price. They are very customer friendly. They even delivered the garage door. I consider their prices as good or better then their competitors. I gave them a list of parts I needed and they went and found all of the parts for me so I didn't have to look around for them.
