Description of Work: The house I just bought had all kinds of problems, and garage door not working was one of them. I purchased the $99 tune up, made the appointment and they came out timely, got the problem taken care of. The only additional charge was the remote control because the previous owner didn't leave it to me. I gave B on quality because one of the wheels came off the track the next day, and they had to come back to adjust that again. But it track itself is pretty old so probably not so much of Rainier Doors fault. I'd definitely use them again when it comes to garage door problems.

Description of Work: These guys go above and beyond every time. I am active duty military and was being deployed when my garage door went on the fritz. I hated the idea of my fiancé not being able to park inside the entire time I was gone so I needed a quick fix. These guys wee Johnny on the spot and did fantastic work. When I returned home they set me up with and entirely new door which is top notch and quiet as a church mouse. I will never use another company for my garage door needs as long as these guys stay in business.

Description of Work: He came to evaluate our garage door. The rollers and springs were all fine. He replaced our sensors with a pair he had on hand at no charge to help troubleshoot our problem. He also honored our promo beyond the expiration date. I would use him again.

Description of Work: They were courtesy, friendly. Serviced my Doors, put new chain on. Even put a rope on so I could pull door down. Gave me helpful hints. Was extremely Happy!

Description of Work: Installed keyless garage door pad. Checked and tighten garage door tension springs.

Description of Work: The service representative arrived on time. He discovered the trouble I was having with my garage door was a defective extension cord. He changed that, oiled the cable connection, checked the cables for safety and put in an outside box. I was happy with the service.
