HAD MY 14 YEAR OLD FURNACE SERVICED BY KEVIN A. OF DICKS HEATING & A/C INC. , HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME, VERY NICE,HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, VERY INFORMATIVE,ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND DIDN'T PRESSURE ME TO BUY ANY OF THEIR OTHER SERVICES HE JUST INFORMED ME OF THEM. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS A FREINDLY PERSON TO DEAL WITH. WE ARE MOVING SO I WILL DEFINETLY CALL DICKS TO SERVICE THE FURNACE IN MY NEW HOUSE. RANDALL E.

This company is really top notch. Joe came out and gave us an estimate - very knowledgable, polite and professional. He answered all questions and gave us a written estimate. Andrew.arrived next day in clean truck. He was professional, maticulous, nice to be around, thorough - cleaned all our ducts and dryer vent very well. He showed us how much dirt, lint, dust we had in the filter when he finished. Andrew made sure everything was done just right before he left. He took pride in his work. Price is right, work is guaranteed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CO! They are trustworthy and honest! Their furnace maintenance is 1/2 what we pay!

The furnace is still not fully functional. Same issues as before. $458 for a small plastic part and they still had to come out three times after the part was replaced. I need to go out to the furnace and adjust the pressure switch in order to get heat. The furnace is only three years old. Will need to call again because that's not right. For that amount of money and I need to go adjust the furnace to get heat is wrong. Service guy was a nice guy.

Price was lower than the other pro who called me. They were willing to come on a Saturday, with short notice. Tech explained a lot about the gas furnace he was examining - first gas furnace for me. Tech answered all of my questions. Am considering their annual contract (to save money) for maintaining the furnace.

Because I have had such good luck with Servicemagic, I thought I would go with their choices again. Dicks Heating and Air customer service was very nice to deal with right from the beginning. They were able to schedule accordingly for my busy schedule (not theirs). This is a real plus in my book. The names of the two individuals that came out from the company were Greg, and Vince. Both did an excellent job, and are well trained; very professional, and experienced as well. I would like to further single out Greg as a very adept and well seasoned technician. Dick's Heating and AC was absolutely the right choice. Thank you Servicemagic!!!
