Mike came out and was professional . I had to wait a couple of weeks for the installation due to many others before me. They did call and came two days earlier than they were going to. They were fast, well trained,, ourteous explained things well and overall I was very pleased.

The people that did my vent cleaning were very timely, they came when they said they would be here, the got me in quite quickly the worker was extremely polite and nice , very clean it was a wonderful experience

They were very helpful and friendly. They fixed the furnace and set me up on a maintenance schedule so my furnace will last me a few additional winters - since it wasn't in the budget to purchase a new furnace. The individual that came out to do the maintenance the following year was just as pleasant and helpful.

These guys were great! The salesman arrived when he said he would and knew his product. I work nights and needed my unit installed on certain days of the week and it was no problem. Installers arrived on time and did a wonderful job. There was one small problem with a vapor line after installation and they returned the next day and fixed it completely. Everything now functions perfectly. I would recommend Dick's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone, anytime, without any hesitation. I got a total of five quotes for the job and Dick's was not only the lowest quote for the work needed, but they were the only ones who did not try to oversell.

They came within one day of being contacted. They found the problem and told me a price right away. I have had them work on my furnace and received a return customer discount although this problem had nothing to do with my service. After receiving the estimate my problem was fixed within 24 hours. The serviceman was friendly, considerate of my lack of knowledge, and very professional.

Robert, my servicer did an outstanding job, very professional and complete. Maintained a good attitude working in bad conditions. ( Required outside work most of the day and it rained all day) Recommend a job like this should be a two man job as Robert spent a lot of time going in and out to perform the task.

Vincent was very helpful in explaining what the problem was. He repaired the problem in a timely matter and did a very neat job. I would recommend them.
