The service man thoroughly inspected the unit, found the problem promptly, and performed the necessary repairs. When I told him about the blown fuse last year, he indicated that the person doing the work then (from a different company) should have investigated further to find the source of the problem. He explained that fuses do not blow in a newer unit like this without a good reason.

They were good all around. They seemed knowledgeable and honest. It was nice that they sat down and wrote out the quotes that day rather than getting back to me later.

Overall, the experience went very well. The price was fair and reasonable. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and did a great job. Thanks, Eric & Crew!

I was very impressed with every phase of the project. Eric was very helpful in choosing the system that would meet our needs, the crew were professional and respectful of our house. The job was completed on time with no extra charges. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They did a very nice job. They were very efficient. This is about a little bit of disruption as one can expect from such dealing in the winter. They were on time. They did what they said they would do. It was very easy to deal with them. I would tell people that they do an excellent job. Overall, they were excellent. Their price was okay. It always costs more than one would want it to.

I spent about $12000 on that service, but that included the heat pump for my house too. Just for the apartment it was maybe $8000. The job was good. The guy I really liked was the one who gave the quote and he was great to work with. I did not like the way they were going to do it the first time, but they switched it and were really nice about it and just did it the way I wanted it done. I would tell others looking for a good heating and air-conditioning company that they are great to work with and they do a good job. They sealed all the exits, but still haven’t finished. There are a couple of things I would like them to come back and do and but I am sure that they will. I have paid half the amount to them.

I had called Spokane Comfort Systems in early May about coming out to check out my Furnace and AC system. I knew the AC system could not be checked properly if the outside temperature is below 70 degrees. The cool and wet spring would probably not allow this to happen until later in the season but I wanted to get on their list. The person I talked with to schedule an appointment was courteous and provided me with the price and details on the service to be performed. The price was competitive with the two other outfits I called. They also were more than happy to notify me a day or two in advance if the weather looked like it would be warm enough. The price ended up being higher than quoted but was expected as the tech had to add some Freon to my AC unit. My AC unit has never had Freon added since it was installed in 1997. After waiting for the weather to cooperate sure enough I received a phone call 3days prior to when they would come out. They gave me a specific time and said they would call me if the weather changed. Luckily the weather held and about an hour before the tech was scheduled to come out he called me to let me know exactly what time he would be at my house. This was better than I have been treated by other similar businesses in the past. When the tech was here, he took the time to explain to me each check he was doing. Now I am a person who wants to know what is going on and why. The tech didn't wait for me to ask questions and started offering information while I was with him. I'm sure if I wasn't interested he would have summarized what he did before he left. He did find that one of the AC compressor "Shrader" Valves, used to check charge or refill with freon, had a small leak. He repaired it and added freon to the system. Anyway, I found the tech to be very knowledgeable, thorough in his checks and test, and he used some very nice test equipment to perform his temperature tests. This was one of the most thorough system checks I have ever experienced. My AC unit is performing noticeably better, the exhaust air is cooler than it used to be. I will definitely call this company back for future work and highly recommend them for doing Preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.

I called them for a quote and they came out the next day. They were very friendly and explained the process. There weren't any hidden charges that popped up and everything was installed within 24 hours, they installed it that afternoon.
