Eric and his team are amazing! My 90 year old parents were taken to the hospital because of carbon monoxide poisoning from a faulty 60 year old furnace. Eric and his team were at my parent's house to assess the situation the same day and were installing a new boiler a few days later. I cannot recommend Spokane Comfort Systems highly enough. They are a lifesaver in more ways than one!

The crew were fun to have at the house as well as patient with all my questions. The installation went quick and efficient. The installation of the furnace and a/c looked great and all the areas were cleaned up well. I'm OCD with detail and efficiency - this crew did well. They will get my next business for sure.

They came out to see the home, but the quote was only for three rooms, not the whole house. I called the next day and told them I needed a whole house system and was told they would get me an updated quote. I followed up 10 days later and was told this was a very busy time for them, but it's now been a month and still no quote. I went with another company.

It took care of the problem. I can’t remember the cost, but it was reasonable. The reason I keep going back to them is because of the grades I just gave them. They have good service, good price, and good responsiveness.

It's winter and out furnace went out a few weeks ago! Fortunately Spokane Comfort System came to the rescue within 24 hours. They replaced the old furnace with a new one. It's been a very COLD winter and we have been staying WARM. Thank you!

Serviceman came on time, was quick and professional. Allowed me to watch. The problem was a pressure sensing switch for the exhaust fan. He had the part on the truck and replaced it right away. Total time about a half hour. Charged only the initial service call minimum which didn't allow me to use the coupon I printed off of Angie's List. My only slight disappointment was that the part was priced 3-4 times what I found it as on Amazon, indicating that there is a high markup. I suppose that is pretty normal in the industry. Anyway, overall I was pleased.

The job went well. We set up an appointment when I was coming back from vacation. They arrived on time and had the new furnace installed in half a day. I used the $200 off coupon on Angie's List and Comfort Systems sent in the $300 rebate for upgrading to a high efficiency furnace to Avista for me. So far I am very happy.

Completely satisfied will definitely call them the next time too, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable can't thank them enough!

Exceptional experience! Eric came right out to look at a furnace that was out and needed to be replaced. After spending over 7 days without power the quick service was a relief. A quote was given that was professional and reasonable and it worked out that two wonderful men were able to install the furnace the next day. Highly recommended. Great experience!!

I know things are busy for A/C repair companies this time of year. I was pleased the company had a repair person here to repair my A/C so quickly. The appointment was scheduled for between 2-4PM. The repairman, Don, called me at 1 to say he got done with a previous job earlier than expected and could make it to my house at 1 if that would work for me, which it did. Don was extremely personable and professional from the moment he entered the front door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about making the repair efficiently and with obvious expertise. When completed, he thoroughly expained everything he found, what he had done to fix the problem, and made sure any questions I had were answered. I asked him about a few other HVAC maintenance issues I need to have done soon, and he was able to explain what would be involved and give me very accurate costs for each. I will not hesitate to call Spokane Comfort Systems in the future, and plan to have them do my fall HVAC maintenance too. Thank you Spokane Comfort Systems for honest and reliable work. Our old furnace was deemed 'unsafe' due to a carbon monoxide leak and had to be shut down. After receiving bids from 4 companies, we chose Spokane Comfort Systems. Their bid was priced well and very easy to read, and they offered an Angie's List coupon too. They started the work the next day (it was February and we had no heat!) and we had a super efficient new gas furnace in just a few hours. Our giant old furnace was hauled off, and the area all cleaned up. They were helpful with the paperwork for the Avista rebate too. A little gap in some caulking developed the next day and they came right back to fix that up. Very pleased with their work and our shiny new furnace!

I thought Spokane Comfort Systems was great. Their salesman was thorough, knowledgeable and had been an installer so was able to tell me exactly what would happen during the install. They prioritized my business because my furnace had given out in December and so were quickly available to do the work. The installers were professional, friendly and efficient and left the workspace clean and neat. The company also filed my registration and energy efficiency rebate. In addition, I received $200 off for finding them through Angie's List, which was appreciated. My entire experience was very positive with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Owner, Eric, showed up on time for our appointment. Able to explain options clearly and provide several bids. Available by phone for questions. Workers showed up on time for the 2 day installation and returned to relocate the thermostat. Very efficient and knowledgable.

The owner Eric came to our home twice, once to gather information and make an estimate and once to answer further questions. Eric was punctual, genial, and honest. It was obvious from the beginning that he had great integrity and would not just tell us what we wanted to hear to make a sale. He was patient and clearly responded to every question, seeing the installation from our perspective. He returned phone calls promptly and politely. We were very impressed with him and trusted him completely. The installers, Darren and Don, were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our property. They readily answered questions, and it was clear that our satisfaction was their first priority. The work was started punctually and finished punctually?no surprises, no hidden costs, and excellent workmanship. We felt we got a very good price for a top-of-the-line product. You will not find a better company to deal with than Spokane Comfort Systems. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Fantastic Co and Exceptopnal workers! This was a somewhat difficult task and they were willing to work with me in every way. The Co also was willing to meet the lowest bid by other Co's making them the winners of the bid for me. I truly liked this Co over all the others I reviewed and their mannerisms were superior as well as their knowledge base of the products they install. The workers did a magnificent job with the install and everything is working great. There is no way you can go wrong using this Co and you will be very pleased with hte fit and finish of the install or any work they do. Their attention to detail and desire to make things right and look the best possible is top notch! Enjoyable crew and fun to talk with as well. They will always be welcome in my home.

Same day service for our air conditioning unit, called at 1:00 and service professional arrived within 2 hours. Quickly identified the problem, and was able to replace the broken component with parts he had on the truck. While repairing the failed part, he also identified other items which could potentially cause problems in the future, and adjusted them without charge. Very efficient. I am quite pleased with the service, the price was reasonable for same day service/repair, and they honored the Angie's List coupon.

I was very impressed with this company from the office manager to the tech. It is hot today, and I know they are busy, but the office manager told me if there was any way to get someone out to me before tomorrow she would. She did get a tech out to me just a couple hours later. That tells me they pay attention to detail. The tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He got my AC fixed very quickly. It was a bit pricey though, and that is because they charge that $89.00 fee just to show up. I think most companies do it, at least the ones I have dealt with, and even though it was a bit pricey, I was still very happy with them and I will use them in the future.

I visited their website and saw clearly the "Get a FREE ESTIMATE". I called for a free estimate for extending a gas line from my boiler room to my laundry room to install a gas dryer. The first call resulted in a "please hold" for several minutes before I hung up and dialed again. On the second call, I was told that gas lines were done on a time-and-materials basis only. Well, ok, I understand that but I still need some kind of idea how much it will cost so I can make the decision to have the work done or not. Again, I was informed that gas lines are only done on a time-and-materials basis. So, is that $100 or $1000? $10,000? How about $0? I called a competitor who's coming this afternoon to give me an estimate. Free.
