Eric was very responsive and professional. Price also very reasonable compared with other bids. Special arrangements were made to get my furnace installed right away during severe cold spell. He personally oversaw and participated in that install and made sure everything done correctly. His professionalism and work ethic very much impressed me (a rare occurrence)

It went very well. They were in and out, they had the work done and whenever I have questions, they're willing to talk to me and tell me what I needed.

Initially, I was most impressed with the professional proposal I received. Computer generated and detailed all costs associated with the job. Competition provided hand written bids and were incomplete and lacking detail by comparison. They were price competitive as well. It was a difficult job done well. Installing the two indoor units in the most attractive manner required three large holes through the concrete foundation to make way for the cooling lines. It also required going through the brick walls of the house. They were careful in all aspects of installation of all the components and did a very neat job of securing all the lines in the basement, crawl space, and to the condenser and air handlers. They laid carpet runners to keep our carpets free from dirt. The installation duo worked really well together and with the electrician. I'm happy with the experience and the results.

Darren came early Monday morning and diagnosed the problem right away. He installed the part and the furnace is working well. I would certainly recommend the company.

Darin, did an outstanding job! Cleaned unit and conducted several test to determine why the unit was cycling. Adjust gas pressure which was a little high and removed and cleaned unit combustion sensor. Sensor was covered in (carbon built-up). Reinstalled sensor and unit is working well within unit specs. Conduct several additional reading and measurement to ensure everything was working as suggested by the unit manufacture. Very happy with the results as of this time .

I was told that they could be at my home between 1 to 3pm but called and was able to come earlier. The technician came in and did his diagnostic check and found the problem. He first said that this could end up being over $500. Once he got the motor out and checked out the other parts, he ended up having a replacement motor in his van. After getting everything back in place and testing the system, he had some problems, but was able to figure it out and finished the job! The technician, Don, was very polite, courteous, and cleaned up his mess. Very nicely done and was very pleased with the out come. The bill was even less than first expected, always a plus in my book! Thank you very much Spokane Comfort Systems! I highly recommend them!

The furnace was installed in one day by 2 technicians who were also very courteous and did a great job with no mess left behind. The furnace works great and we qualify for a rebate through our local utilities company and also for an end-of-year Federal energy tax credit. The company also offers a 5-year maintenance program at a reasonable yearly price and the furnace itself has a 10-year warranty after registering it online. We would recommend them to family and friends for upgrades and general yearly maintenance.

I called for service, cuz our unit stopped working. It had seized up, and Darrin came out to the house. Turns out it was only a clogged furnace filter (which made me terribly frustrated with my husband). But overall (despite the $122 I had to pay for what was a $3 fix), the experience was positive, because Darrin was so nice...informative, and very helpful. This is the second time I have used this company and although the first time (a year prior) rectified the issue, the technician that came out the year before was totally lame. He wasn't helpful or at all interested in customer service. So, I was very glad to see that the company had someone much more appropriately well-suited for this type of work and I couldn't have been happier with Darrin! I learned some very important details about our system and how to maximize effectiveness of it and was pleased with the service call.

Called for help on a hot day, was offered a same-day appointment, within 3 hours of call. Technician arrived well within the window, quickly identified and fixed the problem component. Due to icing on the unit, was unable to provide a complete assessment of the cooling unit, and advised me of limited evaluation. Very polite, very helpful.

We saw a furnace we liked on line, Spokane Comfort Systems had one, , we went in to make arrangements, they came out right away and installed it fast. took the old furnace with them and did a good job with the install and cleaning up, and helped with the rebate from the utility company.

Super! Called at 0810 and Daren arrived at 1030. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. The fan motor could not get up to speed and after 24 years of faithful service, summer and winter, had to be replaced. Amazingly, the replacement part was in the service truck (how rare is that) and was speedily changed. First class all the way.

Had a heating and air conditioning system installed in a new construction home. From the owner, Eric, down to the installers, Wayne and Ron. We were treated with respect and like we were old friends. I spent alot of time researching products, contacting and meeting with representatives of several local companies going over blue prints, getting bids. Bids ranged from $9000 to $29000. Each company supporting their brand of product line. As far as brand of product, reviews for all major brands were about the same with great to poor experiences. My reseach suggested that there were two common threads for a good working system. One was correctly matching the features of the system to your needs, such as size of heat pump and furnace, number of registers and the set up of the returns, etc. The other was that the installation was done correctly. From the beginning it was nice to talk and deal directly with the owner Eric. He could answer all my questions and concerns and not tell me he would have to check on this or that. He knew his products well and did a great job of matching a system to our needs and floor plan. He personally came to the building site and looked at our needs and made suggestions. His bid was priced well for the quality of the product we were looking for. He also put out the effort to help us find rebates that we would be eligible for. There were others that said they did know of any rebates. Eric has been great to work with, from last fall to the completion this spring. He has made us feel that he is glad to see us and help us in any way. The installers Wayne and Ron were great. They were very knowledgeable about installing their product and had a good general knowledge of building and construction. They were very helpful on making installation adjustments to give us the best. They had a great sense of humor and were fun to work with.

They did wonderfully. We moved in to a new house about six months ago and we're having an issue with the fire place and called them to come out and take a look. There was nothing fixable and he was very honest about it and didn't try to charge me in. The guy was very knowledgeable and then very good. I was very happy with him. They just charged us with just the service charge but it was very reasonable. I was completely satisfied and happy with everything.

The job went GREAT! No problems with any part of the installation. It was finished on time and clean-up was done with great care. They were great. I looked at reviews on Google and they looked good so I called and they came out that day. I had already done some research and knew the problem was the thermocoupler but because the furnace is so old I was worried that they would try to sell us a new one. Our repairman simply replaced the thermocoupler and recommended that we get some carbon monoxide alarms (a good idea anyway). I will definitely call these guys again and probably have them install the replacement furnace when we decide to do that.

The workman was on time and very thorough with his inspection (found old plugged filters I did not know about) fixing my air flow problem. Condensate pump was not working and he replaced it. Explained everything he was doing and why.

Spokane Comfort installed my air conditioner and did the work to my full satisfaction. The estimator did an excellent job in explaining the options and the various features of each unit. The installation crew also did a fine job including the installation, explaining the system functions, and did so in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them for all my air conditioning and heating needs.

It went wonderfully. He came, he found the problem, he fixed the problem, he wrote up the bill, he told me about the maintenance program that would help me keep my furnace and heat pump in good working condition and hopefully problem free.He left, and I had a great big smile on my face and getting cooler every minute.

The service technician was very helpful. He spent some time to answer additional questions about AC and heating systems.
