Called to get a water heater installed and they came out the next day and installed one. George was excellent and did a lot of work in a short period of time. He had great suggestions and was very personable and knowledgeable. I will use them from now on.

GEORGE CAME AND INSTALLED A NEW DISHWASHER FOR US. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESIONAL. IT WAS A TOUGH JOB BUT HE GOT IT DONE AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALATION. HE ALSO INSTALLED A NEW VALVE SHUTOFF. GEORGE WAS ON TIME, WORKED HARD TO MADE SURE IT WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY. I WILL BE SURE TO CALL SHAW PLUMBING FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE. THANKS GEORGE AND SHAW PLUMBING FOR FAST RESPONSE . I WAS GETTING TIRED OF WASHING DISHES BY HAND!!!!

They arrived promptly and got right to work. This project was adding proper shut-off valves to main line and external spigot including a backflow preventer. They knew what they were doing and explained to me what they did and how things worked.

I called late afternoon about a dishwasher issue and they were able to schedule for the following day! Lonny was the repairman and he was great. Even called to let me know when he would arrive - right on time. I have used Shaw for three other jobs (shower, tub faucet leak and water heater replacement) and every time the workers were great, work done with no further problems, and fairly priced. The office staff is efficient and courteous too! Call Shaw -- they are #1 in my book!

George was the serviceman/plumber who came to replace the plumbing/faucet set up over my tub which had been leaking for a long time. I had two plumbers out previously who supposedly had fixed the problem. This time I had to bit the bullet and have the whole thing replaced. I was surprised at how quickly George had finished the job. Now I just have to find a sheet rock guy to install new sheetrock and new tile. Thankfully, the worse it behind me. George was terrific and did the job in no time. He also cleaned up his mess and left the bathroom spotless. I would certainly call Shaw Plumbing again!

All I wanted was a faucet to be replaced. It cost more than double the price of the hardware to get it installed.. And only took an hours worth of time.

Sam was proficient, polite, and professional. He clearly communicated the options available, the costs, the guarantees, and results. He did everything necessary to make us pleased with the outcome.

George called me and let me know he would be on his way. He was on time. I had a leak that a previous person didn't seem to know what to do with. George diagnosed the problem, got the correct parts, installed them and fixed the problem. I would call them for any plumbing needs in the future.

My plumber was George. He was very knowledgeable with 20 years of experience. He was able to discuss my options and prices up front and did an amazing job. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

This company gave great service and nice people but charge more than double the expected and common rate for turning on sprinklers for spring. The normal rate in my area is about $50.00, but I was charged $125.00 for a 30-minute call. And an additional $85 to replace a rotor sprinkler head. Way too high!

Everyone I talked to at Shaw Plumbing went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Even though the project cost was more than I hoped, my new hot water heater was installed quickly and professionally. Thank you everyone.

This service was pretty expensive, but I reminded myself, you get what you pay for. I definitely got my money's worth with Shaw Plumbing. The techs were professional and honest and I feel confident my issue is done correctly!

From Carrie taking my initial call to George coming out and performing the plumbing job on my kitchen sink, Shaw Plumbing provided a job well done correcting a problem made by another person. George was able to reduce the footprint of my plumbing under the sink to maximize storage as well. Very happy with Shaw and their people.

Replaced 2 exterior faucets. Was expensive but was able to complete when he came for estimate. I thought was on expensive side.
