Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air Conditiong

The owner is nice enough and if you are lucky enough to get him start to finish you will be ok. The problem is that when he sends the guys that work with him they do not know what they are even working on. For my project they got so confused as to what work to do they became insulting and said there was an expensive problem that involved a serious leak they diagnosed, including taking out a wall in a recently finished bathroom project, only to find out when the owner of Shaw came out to remedy -didn't even exist. This experience was stressful and the two workers were verbally insulting. As a woman at home alone I would not recommend using Shaw unless the owner can guarantee he will do all the work. Why even risk our horrible experience happening to you?? There are so many others with much more experience to call.

Shaw was on time, did all work as promised, and so far no problems at all so I think they do quality work. They are not particularly inexpensive but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is probably true.

Clay was friendly and did the work quickly even when he had to go and get a part. He did not tie up my whole day which is one of the most important things to me. Hat's off.

Shaw plumbing was very easy to work with. They explained what was wrong and then they explained how they would fix it. They cummicated with us through out the work. We could not be happier with the service we received.

They were friendly, polite, explained everything in detail. Very thorough and clean. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We just had our water heater installed, and the overall experience from the initial phone contact to the work done today ( by Tim) was great - personable, professional, and efficient. Good recommendations about warranties and all our questions were answered. I will recommend Shaw Plumbing to friends and will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

We called to have a bathroom faucet and toilet installed and repair a loud banging noise in the water pipes and a leak in the water line to the refrigerator. The installations were flawless and the pipe noise and refrigerator leak were accurately identified and repaired. We were provided with excellent service and follow up.

Tim and Craig did a terrific job. The project was an inside water main shut-off. They showed up just after the Water District turned off the outside water main. They were professional, and efficient. Thank you.

It was too expensive for a straight forward job with no problems and a couple of hours work. I provided the toilets, he took one away and moved one downstairs for me. My "experience" was positive and the plumber was professional and knowledgeable with questions that I had about other jobs I may hire Shaw plumbing for.
