Very professional and thorough

He replaced all the pipes from the shut-off valve, which he also replaced. He also installed a new hot water tank and repaired an outside faucet. All is working very well. He was very knowledgeable and gave me more information than the other 2. I have recommended him to others and would hire him again. I have recommended him to the contractor I usually use and will be using him again during my kitchen remodel later this year.

Tim was very professional and got the job done. I had bought a Kohler kitchen faucet and during the installation, Tim found that one of the parts (check valve housing) was not correct (too big). He went to Keller Supply and was able to identify the correct part number. I called Kohler and it took 2 1/2 weeks for them to send a new faucet with the correct part. Carrie (scheduling) was great about rescheduling to complete the installation. Very fair and I will use them in the future for plumbing issues!

Tim replaced a leaky ball valve in the master bedroom water closet that resulted in water damage to my carpet. His work was fast, his knowledge about plumbing, water heaters, water softeners, etc. is extensive. I was lucky to have him perform my plumbing repairs. The only thing I didn't like was that my washer was not put back in place - not sure that was Shaw Plumbing Services fault as there was a drain service here as well.
