My toilet needed a new seal; it was leaking into the basement. Yuck! Shaw Plumbing responded quickly, arrived on time and took care of the problem completely. George from Shaw was pleasant & polite, gave me an estimate of the cost, which he stuck to, and did the work without making a mess of my one and only bathroom. I m glad I hired them and I would do so again

Very prompt service. Over $500 to replace a hose bib faucet Charged extra for crawl space work even though faucet was 1-2 feet from crawl space access.

The technician Tim was awesome, he showed up early and was very thorough, explained everything he did and why, he also gave me some knowledge about some future work that may have to be done, great job!

Disappointed. Verbally said would repair toilet guts. In writing he put the shut off valve only. So for over 200.00 I have the valve only. Toilet gut repair would have been at least another 200.00. READ WHAT THEY WRITE DOWN! That s all you will get!
