About us

Senske Servcies began as a small lawn care and pest control company in 1947 by Bill Senske in Spokane, Washington. During the 1960's, chemical weed and pest control began to grow, expanding the family business. In the 1080's, after four successful decades, Bill Senske handed over the reins to his youngest son, Chris. Chris expanded the family business into new territories including Yakima and Kennewick, Washington. Today, the company headquarters are located in Kennewick, Washington and helps supports all branch functions and growth. Today, Senske has developed quality and competent staff in an array of service areas who can offer residential and commercial services including: lawn care, tree care, weed control, grounds maintenance, pest control, irrigation services, Christmas Decor holiday Lighting, and snow and ice removal. Today, the company continues to strive for superior customer service in which the company was founded upon. Senske operates in the cities and surrounding areas of: Spokane, Yakima, Walla Walla and Kennewick, Washington; Coeur d'Alene and Boise, Idaho; and Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nevada. A lot of people in the neighborhood us them. They call before they come and warn me not to let the dogs out after they spray. The same person comes each time so I am very familiar with him. Very courteous and reliable.

I don't like pests and spiders and I called them to get rid of them and they do it every three to two months. I pay every three months. They are good. They are here when they are supposed to be and let me know when they leave.

If I am not satisfied they will come back out and redo the job. I actually have them do two applications a year, and not very often do they have to come out and reapply it. I have been pretty happy with them.

Their service works more than anything. They were timely and professional, and they always are. They come four times a year for insects and spiders.

We've been using them for a long time. They treated the inside also the first time. Now they just do an outside perimeter pest control. They come out once a quarter. They come out when they say they would. We used to have a problem with houseflies. They sent their manager out and he went through the whole house to find out why we kept having flies. They tried some different things, but when they left we were still having flies. They haven't solved the problem. I don't think it is very successful yet. They still do the quarterly spraying.

When I call them they come and do the work and don't bother me. They are really professional. They will do fertilization and treatment on my yard if I want them to but I don't have them do that. I would rate them highly and would use them again.

They have done a good job for just my routine quarterly spray around the house to keep the spiders out and things like that. I have been using them for a number of years now and I have been pleased with them. Their communication is good. They always call in advance to let me know they are coming but if for some reason, I am not here and don't want them to come out, they are very good about working around my schedule. They are very professional. They always leave me a bill with a detailed explanation of exactly what they have done each time. I don't feel like they are pressuring me for additional services every time they come which I appreciate. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
