Senske Pest Control

Terrible. The guy was using a broken apparatus and the liquid mix for the injections was pouring onto the ground. I suspect that, because of loosing so much of it on the grounds, the trees did not receive the dosage required. Previous 2 years, not a problem and the bugs were gone. These trees are shade to my deck. Can't get anywhere near them now and Senske will not respond to re-treating the trees. I have emailed and I have called, countless time. No response to emails and calls are always the same story - "It will take 24-48 hours to get a response". Well, it's been lots of those! NOT ANYMORE! TWO and 1/2 YEARS and they're are a train wreck. Faulty equipment, failed services (that you have PAID FOR on your AUTOPAYMENT PLAN) and you can't get a response, at all, over WEEKS. My message to Senske: Maybe y'all should stop the endless office parties and start taking care of your customers. Try answering the phones or the email system that you recommend "Many of our Clients prefer to send an email for a for a Quick Answer On The Go". You never respond to anything, actually. SENSKE SERVICES has no idea what one office is, or any area based service, is doing -- 'SENSKE MOTTO: Let's give ZERO customer response and outlook while we F-around and party while good customers become our former customers.' Looks like a good place to start a new landscape company. Somebody will.

excellent service: prompt, effective

The service was excellent. The workers were very prompt and courteous. I like that they call ahead of time to let me know they are coming. The friendliness of the workers is what stood out most to me. I like that they use the spray chemicals rather than the fertilizer granules because the spray has better coverage and does not harm the sidewalk or driveway.

I did not watch, so I assume they did what they said they would. They are good about coming back if you are not satisfied.

They are really good company. What I like about them is that if you have a problem they will come right over and solve the problem for you.

IT WENT VERY WELL. WE USUALLY GET ANTS IN OUR LAUNDRY ROOM FIRST PART OF SPRING BUT HAVEN'T SEEN AN ANT.

They are a fairly big company in this area. They came out promptly and used some new kind of odorless poison that the ants did not even know they were walking through. It worked great. First he put the trail bait up; he had to use a high ladder because we have a vaulted ceiling. Hopefully the trail bait and the poison, which the ants are supposed to take back to the nest, are supposed to poison the whole nest. We called them and they were there that same day; they told us to call if we had any other trouble, which we have not. They were there when they said they would be. They told us it would take time and it has, but they are disappearing. In March they come out and treat the whole foundation of the house. We see the ants but where ever we see them, they are dead. It was same day service and it was pretty darn good. Their price was comparable to any other service. They explained to us one of the reasons for the high prices; it was the trial baits that they use, that the ants do not know that they are going through, the company still holds the patent on it and they said as soon as the patent is off, it will be dirt cheap. We thought the price was reasonable and he was a nice guy. He has been in the business for twenty years now; he knew immediately what the problem was. We are going to use them for the foundation spray three times; from spring into late fall.

The experience with them is excellent. I used them all last summer and they continue to provide service for me. I have been using them since some time in the summer. They are very good about answering questions either on the phone, or if they are out here. They will talk to me if they are out here, and explain things. I had an issue with wasp nests before I started using them. I call them back anytime I have nests, and they take care of it. They don't charge me anything additional.

We bought a home that had been vacant for about a year. There were so many spiders inside, not to mention other kinds of bugs. Treatment was done and in the months since we found one spider who was half dead. VERY HAPPY. Not to mention the spider I found outside (dead) that was the biggest spider I had ever seen! Did a great job. Cleaned up and removed some big nests after spraying. I asked abut tree spraying as well, and he went back into the yard with me and discussed the options.

Very knowledgeable, prompt and they go above and beyond when they work for you. I have no complaints they will call you to inform you on when they will come. I would give them A's across the board I am very satisfied with the service and we will continue to use them in the future.

They are very consistent and quick. They are always there when you need them.

We've been using them for years. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and do good service. They go out of their way to be customer friendly. They call the day before they are coming and when they come, the guy knocks on the door to let you know that they are spraying. If we have a problem, they will come back and fix it until it works.

I don't think Senske Lawn and Tree Care - Spokane is the cheapest provider, I haven't looked around but they are dependable. I use a lot of their services. They also put weed killers on the driveway. They do root fertilization of my larger shrubs and trees. My bill is hefty but it's strictly because I use a lot of their services. If you only needed them for dormant spray, they'd be great. One of the things they don't do for me because I thought it was really expensive is prune my fruit trees. If you have any questions about their work, all you have to do is call in and they send out s supervisor to talk to you and look over the situation. Their follow-up is pretty good also.

I have used them for pest control for the past 6 years but just started using them for lawn Fertilization and Treatment this year. The men are on time and courteous, they are very reliable.

A lot of people in the neighborhood us them. They call before they come and warn me not to let the dogs out after they spray. The same person comes each time so I am very familiar with him. Very courteous and reliable.

I've used them before and everything turned out good. That's why, I would use them again.

I don't like pests and spiders and I called them to get rid of them and they do it every three to two months. I pay every three months. They are good. They are here when they are supposed to be and let me know when they leave.

The overall experience was excellent. The price was reasonable. They were very professional. I would use this provider again.

If I am not satisfied they will come back out and redo the job. I actually have them do two applications a year, and not very often do they have to come out and reapply it. I have been pretty happy with them.

Their service works more than anything. They were timely and professional, and they always are. They come four times a year for insects and spiders.

We've been using them for a long time. They treated the inside also the first time. Now they just do an outside perimeter pest control. They come out once a quarter. They come out when they say they would. We used to have a problem with houseflies. They sent their manager out and he went through the whole house to find out why we kept having flies. They tried some different things, but when they left we were still having flies. They haven't solved the problem. I don't think it is very successful yet. They still do the quarterly spraying.
