Description of Work: Mark really hit a home run for me. I asked him out for a sweep, but he also checked my catalytic converter (it didn't need replacing) and he did a quick fix on my chimney pipe collar that I had forgotten to ask for. You don't find service that that often, and I truly appreciate it!

Description of Work: Cleaned out pipe of wood stove, the stove itself and checked it for loose fire bricks and cracks. Cleaned area after finished. Used them in 2014 and was pleased with their work so used them again this year.

Description of Work: 100% satisfied with the service! They arrived at the agreed upon time, were professional, left everything clean, and explained in detail the condition of the chimneys and small non urgent repairs that needed to be done which they said we could do ourselves. Left us a letter to verify the condition of the chimneys. We would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called them to repair a broken damper linkage in a conventional masonry fireplace. They also performed a flue inspection and general condition report. When they arrived, immediately got to work and completed the task quickly. Very curteous and careful about keeping things clean. Other than a mixup on the appointment whereas they went to the wrong address first and arrived about an hour late, I would have given them an A.

Description of Work: Cleaned a wood stove chimney and a pellet stove chimney. They arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame indicated. They covered the flooring around each stove to protect it and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use them again.
