The faucet and cut-off valve were straightforward repairs. The drain took some problem solving. After snaking and only finding a small clog, Mr. Breedlove snaked several times, tried several other drains to see if there might be a main line problem. He also cut through another drainpipe to see if their might be another clog their. He determined their was not a major clog, although, when a large load of washing is done, the water in the drain backs up briefly to the rim, it no long flows over and drains rapidly. We both determined that the problem was the high volume of water going into a small pipe. Everything was repaired, cleaned, and I am very happy with the outcome. Mr. Breedlove was polite, professional, and generously responded to my questions and curiosity about the work. I am pleased to have found a plumber I feel I can count on.

I called on a clogged drain and leak in my kitchen sink. Richard was able to help me the same day I called. He was friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up and did the work at a fair price. I would hire him again!

The contractor was very conscientious and honest, but I don't think he had the right size auger to clear the drain based on past calls for this same problem with another plumber. This made the job much more involved, cumbersome, and time consuming. He did go the extra mile and cap a drain that had not been properly done before (as part of a remodel), AND installed another vent that should provide an extra margin of surety that we won't continue to get clogs in that section of drain. At the end of the project I was very pleased with all the issues that were addressed and the price was fair, it was just more than I planned on spending for clearing a drain.

He had practical advice for us (as new homeowners), was very easy to work with, and did a beautiful job. We thought the price was a bargain for all that he did.

Richard gave me a call and told me he was on his way which I appreciated. He was very punctual and professional. He got to work immediately and discovered that the street-shut-off in my yard actually belonged to my neighbor. He went next-door and confirmed it with my neighbor (who had no idea their shut-off was in my yard), and was very friendly and courteous to her. Then he found my valve, shut-off the water, and quickly replaced my totally stuck in-house shut-off valve. Then he came upstairs and fixed my ancient faucet which had some stripped parts. He even showed me how to adjust the turn-offs myself if they became loose again in the future (because of being stripped) because I couldn't afford to replace the whole assembly right now. All in all, it was an excellent experience. He was friendly, nice to my dog, wore booties even though I told him he didn't need to, and cleaned up the small water mess. I especially appreciated that he let me ask him questions and didn't make me feel stupid about my very ignorant-about-plumbing questions. Now that I know a great plumber, I am already planning future projects for him to fix. I will happily recommend him to family, friends, and Angies List.

The service was good and he was a nice man. We thought it was very expensive but I only called one person and I know that plumbing is very expensive. I didn't compare prices. He came the day I wanted him to come. I have been thinking about calling him for one other thing but I think we have it worked out.

They are honest. He is competent and just a real straight shooter. He is good. It took him a while to come out here.

Hired Noble Plumbing based on the Angie's list review. He fit us in quickly, was punctual, professional, and courteous. When he forgot one of his supplies he didn't charge us for the time it took to go and retrieve it. He was honest about what he was finding and gave us realistic options for fixing the problem. I will use this company for any further plumbing needs that may arise.

This company is the best plumbing company that I have ever used. Not only was Rick respectful of our home, but he was responsive and his work was excellent. He was honest and only performed the work that needed to be done - didn't try to talk me into doing things that were not necessary. My family and I had an excellent experience working with Noble Plumbing. Not only did he come out and get the work done on the same day as the call, but he gave input and information regarding the repairs to my daughter and I so that we would know what to do in the future. I could not have been happier with the work that was done, and the fact that he is willing to stand behind it makes it all that much better for me. I will definitely be using Noble Plumbing in the future if I have problems and for any projects that I intend on doing around the house.

When I first contacted Richard, I asked for a couple estimates on a couple different potential projects. On the phone he was very detailed about what the two projects might entail, and was able to give me fair estimates of both on the phone. We were able to schedule for the very same day for the priority project. He arrived promptly as agreed upon, and went straight to work. He replaced the hose bib, after replacing washers only made it leak worse. He had an appropriate hose bib with him, so didn't need to 'run for parts'--which was very helpful. While here he also was willing to tell me how to lengthen the life of my hot water heater---which was the second project. I'm not unfamiliar with home projects and had heard about some tips/hints to extend the life on water heaters but had not spoken with an expert about them. He was willing to tell me how to do it, which in the moment cost him some income, but saved me money I didn't need to spend today. He understands that good quality customer service (thinking about maintaining customers and building business into the future) is often about more than just the job actually completed. I definitely will be referring my friends and family to him, with high recommendations.

Richard was able to make it on the afternoon of the day I called; he was on time, polite and professional. Although I have no basis for comparison, the price he charged seemed fair and was less than we feared it might be. I will call him again if I need plumbing services and I would highly recommend him to anyone else in the area.

The plumber showed up on time (which I wasn't expecting), and was so helpful. He ran to the hardware store around the corner to buy parts, rather than running to the supply warehouse, which saved me time and money. He did a great job, and was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Richard spotted the problem immediately. Repaired leak very quickly and professionally. He immediately went to work on the floor drain which was in bad shape. He was very neat and courteous. This is the second time we used him and could not be happier with service,professionalism and cost. We will call again when needed.

Noble Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing problems. He needed specialized tools to fix plumbing that was not installed properly and was leaking. He also fixed a damaged line. He was prompt in getting to my house when he said he was coming and he was extremely courteous. He even offerred to take off his shoes at my door. He brought sponges to clean up any moisture and left everything clean and in it's place when he left. He was quick and efficient as well, taking less time than the other quotes that I was given. His price was also lower than any other bid. The plumbing work is perfect and I do not have anymore leaks. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs new work or repairs.

Richard repaired the two toilet flanges. He not only did an outstanding job doing the repair on both toilets but was very careful in the cleanliness around him. He would not let us clean when he lifted the toilets he did that himself. He was very courteous and professional the entire time he was here. We were very pleasently surprised when it came time to pay the bill. He worked very fast and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and certainly intend to hire him for all our plumbing needs.
