Richard was outstanding! He showed up on a timely basis for the first appointment, which was to provide an estimate. He was thorough, and although he tried to upsell us on several items, he was not pushy at all. His price was very competitive, and beat the lowest other bid by over $200. On the day of the installation, he called us early to let us know that the supplier would be dropping off the tanks, and then showed up at the appointed time for the actual installation. The installation went great and he finished in the timeframe that he stated he would finish. He was friendly, but professional. He even installed a new shower head in our daughter's bathroom free of charge. We are planning a bathroom renovation soon, and we will definitely use Noble for this work! I highly recommend him!

It went well. He made what looked complicated in the manual a quick and easy install. (Easy for him, not me!) This is the third time I've had him do work for me. Earlier jobs involved hooking up a new refrigerator to the water supply, and replacing outdoor faucets. I've been very happy with his work, and will not hesitate to call him for future jobs. A bonus is that he lives in my neighborhood.

Even repaired a faucet that got damaged when the water was turned back on. And on top of that, I just plain liked the guy. Will definitely call him again if I have any problems.

Great service, arrived on time and did all the work in a very professional manner. Another plumber had told us that it would cost $800+ to fix the leak; involving removing tile work ect. We lived with the leak for longer then we wanted, fully expecting the cost to be what was quoted. I'm so glad that I joined Angieslist and called Noble Plumbing; they had very good ratings. It turned out to be a quick and a lot less expensive fix then we had thought; probably saving us hundreds of dollars. We are involved in a bit of remodeling at the moment and I am so glad to find a plumber that does such great work and we can trust.

My son-in-law installed a new faucet I had purchased a couple years ago, but never installed. He did a great job but when he turned it on the water just trickled out. He was unable to determine the problem so I called Noble Plumbing. I found his listing on Angie's List. He was able to find that the hose running through the faucet was plugged with something, clear it, and put it back together. It works great now. He even found a leaking supply line and replaced it. I asked him if he had time for another small job, fixing the loose faucet on my jetted tub. The only access was through an access under my sink. It was a very tight squeeze and around plumbing lines, but he was able to get it tightened and working fine. He is great to work with and very professional at his job. He did great work.

We had a problem with no hot water late this afternoon, New Year's Eve. With a houseful, including 4 kids, it was important that we have that fixed quickly. Richard was at the house within 20 minutes of our call and had it fixed within half an hour. He showed us the problem and how we could try to fix it if it went out again, and gave us some other tips about how to keep it working. I have never had this kind of prompt, efficient service before. Will use this company again and highly recommend it to all.

Due to a cancellation (a rare occurrence I 'm sure) Richard was able to come the same day I called. This is the second time I have used his service, and I will use him every time I need plumbing problems solved. Richard was professional, knowledgable, worked efficiently and thoroughly. He made an excellent recommendation for the kitchen faucet. I love it. He cleaned up everything. In short, he did a great job at a reasonable price. He's wonderful!

Called Noble to schedule an estimate, owner was too busy to talk but took my name and number and said he would call back later to set up a time. He did say it would be a couple weeks before he could come out but said he would call me back at the end of that day. He never called back. I waited a week and no returned call. I called back, left a vmail saying I wanted an estimate. Left my ph number. That was 5 days ago. Still no return call. I do not know what kind of work Noble does. Based on the previous reviews it must be at least adequate. I will never find out because they were not responsive to me. I figure if this is how it's starting out, then I don't want to use them.

The sewer ejector pump in my basement quit working and sewage was backing up out of the drains. When I called Noble Plumbing, Richard called me right back and we discussed my problem. Even though he couldn't do the job until the next day, it couldn't have gone better. He was all the things you want from someone you are hiring to do a job you don't feel qualified to do yourself - he was professional, punctual, competent and a genuinely nice guy. He explained what needed to be done and the cost options to replace the ejector pump, then did the work in a very efficient manner which I appreciated since I had to take time off work.

The entire process from the initial phone call to completion of the project was very professional and very easy. Richard understood the exact services and skills I needed and he was able to schedule time to complete the installation within one day of my call which was superb. The price he charged for the project was very, very reasonable. We also had interesting and wide ranging non-plumbing related conversation. I would highly, highly recommend him and if I need plumbing services again (which I hope, for my sake, I don't) he is the very first call I will make.

We've used Noble plumbing before to fix a couple problems. He communicates clearly and often. He works hard and cleans up. We highly recommend his services.

I hesitated to write this review. I think what happened to us was a fluke. We made an appt., my husband took time off of work and they never showed up--even after a couple of phone calls. He finally called us back and he had the appt. down for the wrong day. We rescheduled and he showed up on time and did a great job. It did cost my husband a couple of days off and we had a non-working disposal (not a big deal--just inconvenient). As I said, he did do a great job. I've talked to several people who have used him and had great service. I would definitely use him again. I might hesitate to call if I had an urgent deadline to meet.

Richard is great. He responded to my call for service the very day I called. While he did forget to call me back initially with an estimated date of service, he was very apologetic when I called to remind him. He offered to complete the service as soon as possible to make up for the oversight. He completed the job in a very timely manner, was tidy with his tools, and did a good job cleaning up. He arrived when promised. Also, he saved us money whenever possible by offering to repair a particularly expensive part rather than replace it and he did not charge us for an additional trip to the supply house to exchange one of the parts we needed. He was frank and honest regarding how expensive our requests were. He even tolerated our two dogs trying to help by following him around. Most importantly, Richard has integrity. He is a professional who will do the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do. Richard is not trying to make outrageous profit but rather focuses on treating his customers the way I imagine he would like to be treated. That character trait is not quantifiable, nor can it receive a grade of A-F, but is the indicator of quality that I prize the highest.

We used him a year ago and everything worked out fine. Therefore, we called him again this summer when our kitchen faucet started to leak. He worked with us on getting the right faucet in place. Thank you.

From the initial phone call to the completed installation everything went great. This was the first time my wife and I used Noble Plumbng and Heating and we couldn't be more satisfied. To my way of thinking Richard is a professional in every sense of the word and his years of experience speak volumes. We plan to use Noble Plumbing & Heating for all future needs.

I left a message and Richard called back an hour or so later. he was at the house in another hour and a half. He was courteous, professional, and completed the work quickly. I would heartily recommend him.

Used him previously, he stated that he did sewer work, called & left messages, never returned my calls UPDATE - I accept his explanation, but I never got a message & used someone else for the sewer work. I would call him again - and I did write a review the first time I used him.

Altogether every thing went well as noted above. With the exception of the back toilet running, I was pleased. He showed the gunk in the pipes and suggested that I have the pipes blown out but I have to put more money aside to have it done. As

Richard was very professional and told us he would come between 9:00 and 11:00am. He arrived at 10:00am and after we explained our problem, he went right to work. He worked steady until he had the job finished and we were very impressed by the results. He did an excellent job. The amount he charged was very reasonable and we would definately call him in the future if we needed a plumber. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and Labor & Industries and received positive results on this company. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.
