Richard arrived on time and was very courteous. He accepted the coupon from Angie's List without question and was able to get to us within a couple of days of our call. He wore shoe covers in the house without any prompting from me, was efficient and did the work requested without asking for anything except access to the main water shut-off valve. My husband, who is very detail-oriented, was extremely critical of the last plumber who did work on our house, and he said Richard did an excellent job.

I felt very good about my experience with Noble Plumbing. I felt like he REALLY knew what he was doing/talking about. He corrected some mistakes made by the last guys that came out and answered all my questions clearly. He also came back out when the problem wasn't solved completely - at no charge to us (unusual, but a special circumstance).

Water main line from the meter to the house was leaking. Noble made trips to understand the problem, arranged for leak detection and a difficult excavation. Leak was detected directly under a tree in the front yard near the meter. They followed up on site at every phase in the repair. They saved the tree and my $400.00 water bill is now a trickle. I would not hesitate to call Noble for any of my future plumbing needs. My only regret was not calling Noble sooner. Would have saved some excessive water bills. Found on Angies List. I will certainly use Angie's List in the future

The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. There was a small snag with the appointment time, but Richard was at our home within 10 minutes of calling him. He did great work for the price that was quoted. We will use him again for plumbing needs and will recommend him to others.

The owner/service provider was prompt and efficient in the process of removing the old garbage disposal and installing the new one in our kitchen sink. I was able to have him at my house in 24 hours fdrom the time I called. He knew exactly what he was doing and left the job site neat. I appreciated his friendliness and would definately hire him again for my property and our rental property.

He came out on Thursday, went down into the crawl space and found the leak that two plumbers before him could not find. Unfortunately, because it had been there for a while, there were hundreds of poisonous spiders, making the crawlspace unsafe to work in. He notified us of the problem and we hired an exterminator. That is the only reason that the pipe repair was delayed until Monday. On Monday, he came back, repaired the pipe very quickly, and also fixed the upstairs drain stopper which hadn't been working correctly. He was very efficient and his pricing is excellent. I would, and have, recommended him to anyone I know looking for a plumber.

Richard cleared the laundry drain, replaced the main water inlet valve with a much better ball valve, replaced an outside faucet for which the initial installation was botched, and improved the water flow in the bathroom sink almost as an afterthought on his way out. He was great!

I had another contractor here for different reasons and I had asked him about replacing the shut off valve. After telling me he would work up a price for doing that and telling me the hot water tank looked fine, when he returned to do the other work he started telling me that because the water tank was 20 years old (something I had said the neighbors were saying) even though he hadn't really looked at it that it was at the end of its life and when I had time, to just let him know and he would come back and replace it and then he'd put a new shutoff valve in and that way he'd do it all at once and I'd be done with it and wouldn't have to worry. I wasn't getting a very good feeling and so decided to have another person take a look. That person was Richard. I had talked with him another time over the phone about a different issue that he had given me advice on and so I decided to call him again. Richard showed up a little late for the appointment, but it was due to circumstances beyond his control : ) and he more than made up for it in his work and integrity. He came to look at the old shut off valve for the water to my condo that had started to leak but was temporarily stopped. Even though Richard was here to just to look at the shut off valve for me when I asked him about the hot water tank he took the time to look over the tank to see if he could find a year on it and when he couldn't he then took the initiative to call the number on a plate that was on it and give them the serial number to find out the actual age of the tank. It turned out it was half the age I had been told and Richard also pointed out a couple of other things that were encouraging saying that his way of thinking is, "If it's not broken, don't fix it." I told Richard to go ahead and replace the water valve which he did right then. Richard was courteous to me and to my elderly neighbor that we had to inconvenience, professional in his work doing a nice clean job and cleaning up after himself, and very fair with his price.In the line of work that I do I usually have vendors shoving their business cards at me. This is the first time I've asked for a business card and extras to give to my neighbors.

Richard did a very good job. I was given an estimate of $100-$200. The cost to my surprise and pleasure was on the lower end. I was concerned about the price and I felt he was sympathetic to that. He also honored the 15% coupon given by Angie"s list. If I have future problems, I will definitely call Richard again. I would also refer him to friends.

I haven't used a plumber before, but I needed the main water shutoff in my house replaced. I called Noble Plumbing, and Richard (owner) was able to schedule my work promptly. He showed up on time, and went above and beyond expectation. We will use Richard whenever we have a plumbing issue, and would positively refer him to friends and family.

All three jobs were done in a timely manner. Righard was pleasant to talk to on the phone while scheduling the service visit. He arrived on time. He used booties when entering the home. Very nice since we had new floors put in just last week! He explained all the work he was doing. Being a woman, I am sometime cautious about strangers coming into the home. I felt very comfortable during his entire stay. Yes we will use him again, no doubt. We thought we would need a new sump pump. Thankfully just an easy re-route of a wire fixed the problem. Thank you for fixing our three plumbing problems!

Leak inside the house started when we turned on the system this spring. Richard came out and fixed it. After a couple weeks another leak inside the wall of the house began. We scheduled Richard to come replace the whole line. By the time he arrived we also had a problem the overflow in the kitchen and the diverter in the master bath. Richard fixed the former and explained our options on the latter. All good.

Richard Noble (owner) provided prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and credible service. We will use Noble Plumbing every time we have a plumbing need and will definitely refer to friends and family. He went above and beyond expectation.

Though we ultimately ended up going with another contractor, I would consider Noble Plumbing for future work.

Richard arrived when expected, and put on booties before coming into the house. He assessed the problem quickly, and explained to me how he knew the clog was far along the pipe, and not close to the plug. When the water was turned on, the sink didn't fill up right away. He also noted that we didn't try Drano first; if the clog is not cleared with Drano, it turns it into mud and takes several passes with the snake to break it up. He was able to get our giant hairball out on the first try. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain these things. I will definitely call again for any plumbing or heating problems.

I found Noble Plumbing and Heating on Angie's List. They came to our home and replaced an exterior spicate. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were punctual for the appointment also. I will use them again in the future as needs arise.

Less than two weeks after Mr. Breedlove finished one job, I had another plumbing issue and was glad for the positive experience I had with him the first time. A drain hose, from my water softener, burst and was dripping all over the laundry room. Because he did not have the size hose in his van, he had to go to buy the appropriate size. When he realized I was having difficulty getting 40 lb sacks of salt to my softener, he offered to pick up salt for the conditioner and fill the tank. I was amazed at the friendly, professional, generous service. I was appropriately charged for time and materials and benefited from his "Angie's list" discount.

He showed up on time and was able to complete the entire job of removal and install of my water tank in less than half a day. Very professional and efficient.

I'm not into long narratives. Suffice it to say, I was totally satisified with the work and will call Mr Breedlove back soon to undo and make right my "brother-in-law's" DYI effort.

He runs a very astute plumbing company. He is very nice.
