Arrived within the agreed upon time window. Richard reviewed the scope of the jobs and obtained the necessary parts. The work was performed professionally. He put covers on his shoes while he was inside the house and there was no mess left behind when the work was finished. He is pleasant to deal with and I would hire him again for any additional plumbing needs.

He came, he did it punctually, he cleaned up after himself, he left.

He checked all plumbing in home prior to us moving. He is VERY responsive, dependable, knowledgeable and has a terrific work ethic. I would recommend this company to all persons in need of a plumbing expert.. In fact, as landlords located miles away from our home, I know that we can call him at any time if a problem arose. We trust him completely with any plumbing issues that may arise. We highly recommend this company.

The work on the outside faucets went extremely well and I am very pleased with the results. I was equally pleased with the repairs on the toilet. I was very grateful for how quickly I was able to get an appointment. This work had been needed for some time. I won't be worried about pipes this coming winter thanks to Noble Plumbing.

We noticed problems with flushing basement toilet. After checking local plumbers on Angie's List we decided to go with Noble Plumbing since it had the most positive reviews and our usual plumber had several negative reviews within the past 30 days. I called Richard at 9 a.m. and he was at my home at 1:30 the same day. After a quick diagnostic he explained that it was a miracle that the existing pump had lasted 11 years and had not caused a horrible accident. The contractor (Cougar Mechanical) hired when we built the home installed a gray water pump not designed to handle sewage from a toilet ---- even though they knew a toilet would be placed there. Richard gave me several cost and type options on which pump to put in, went to Spokane to purchase it, and then changed pipes and installed the new sewage ejector pump. He cleaned up after himself and was considerate of my home. He was professional and prompt. He gave me options and advice on the fix allowing me to chose the one that fit our budget and end use. The only suggestion I could give him would be to get shoe covers as he had to make many trips across a lot of carpet and due to his type of business the sanity of his boots is questionable. He apologized that he was out of them so it sounds like it is already his normal procedure. I will most definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Richard was thorough, conscientious and professional. I suspected that one of the hot water tank elements was out, and he not only replaced the bad element, he vacuumed out all the residue that had collected in the bottom of the hot water heater from our extremely hard water. He also showed me the bad element, and it was almost burned completely through. He was friendly and not pushy in his recommendations as how to prevent the buildup in the future.

I contacted Noble Plumbing and Richard returned my call the next day. We scheduled a quick visit out so we could discuss the job and his bid was what I thought a fair price so I went with Noble. Richard was very competent and worked quickly taking extreme care to keep the house clean. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and we have had no issues whatsoever with any of the work he completed. He also talked to us in detail about the hard water issue and sediment problems we were having being on well water. He recommended the most economical products and saved us a lot of time and money. I would definitely hire Noble again if the need arises.

The whole project took a day and a half, which is exactly how long he said it would take. His quote was accurate and reasonable. Richard is very easy to communicate with. He worked as neatly as was possibly and cleaned up what little mess he made.

I would recommend Richard to anyone. He was right on time. After inspecting the job he gave some helpful suggestions for improving the routing of pipe and positioning of the faucet. During the instilation he found the freeze-proof faucet he originally intended to use was faulty and went off to get a better one (did not charge me for the time involved). Completion of the work and pressure testing was carefully done and no corrections were needed. Clean up was careful and complete. Every time Richard reentered the house he put on a fresh set of clean shoe covers. A totally pleasant experience.

I called and Richard answered the phone himself. He was on a job but said he would be at our house when he finished. He was at my door in less than 45 minutes. He went straight to work to assess the problem and gave me a thorough description of the problem that he saw and the options that he thought would be best. We discussed them together and he was very helpful in deciding the best course of action. He laid down a tarp that caught all of the mess from the repairs. He worked quickly but took the time that the repair required. He was very nice and pleasant to talk with while waiting for the cement to harden to ensure that the repair was complete. I would only call him in the future and would recommend him to all of my family and friends. The leak has not returned in the two weeks since Richard fixed it.

I was completely satisfied with the overall work performed because after months of paying for a leaking faucet the problem was finally resolved. The only issue was that the replacement faucet did not completely cover the hole left by the previous faucet so chalking was used to fill the open space. I was fine with the fix but I had to finish the fill after he left. That is not a slight against him so please don't take it that way. Stopping the leak saved me money and that was my primary concern. In case you're wondering, yes, I would use Noble Plumbing and Heating again. He was prompt, friendly, and unlike a lot of other service providers, he called with updates about arrival time if a scheduled job took longer to complete than anticipated.

Straightforward, done well and in a timely manner. I called, set up an appointment, got a reminder call, and Richard arrived on time. We live in a 1907 house; there are often surprises, but not this time. The one potential slowdown would have been if the toilet we purchased beforehand wouldn't fit in our space, but it did. We needed a longer water supply line. Richard went out and picked one up. He tested the flush and made necessary adjustments. He also hauled off the old toilet for a fee, but I was willing to pay that so as not to have an old toilet sitting around. And he hauled away the packaging. All in all very satisfactory. I would say that in my experience with plumbers, the pricing is standard. I rated it as good, but given the excellence of service, most likely should have rated the pricing as excellent.

Called and asked about rates and availability. Was in the middle of another job. Called back like he said he would. Quoted rated was 1/2 the price of Gold Seal along with a 10% military discount. Showed up on time and got right to work. Asked me how I found him and I said Angie's List. Said I would get 15% discount instead of 10%. I thought, wow, he just cost himself 5% but how refreshingly honest he was. A family man instead of big operation. Did the job in just over 2 hours. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

.He came as I was in a frantic mode as my husband was out of state working. It wasn't a major leak but it was the kind of leak that you better get someone here promptly. He came promptly. He replaced the valve but what I thought that was really great was that the valve he had with him, he felt it was not very sufficient, so he told me that he is going to drive to a plumbing supply to get a better valve.He wasn't going to put any valve that was in his vehicle. He wanted to make sure that he put one that he knew was going to be the best to stop the leak from ever occurring. He said he wasn't going to charge me for the driving time and I felt that was great. He fixed the leak and i have never had a problem with that leaking since. He did a fabulous job and i found his pricing to be reasonable. I found him to be a very honest plumber. I felt he did quality work. We got some other issues and we are going to get him to come and fix them this year. He has the best rating and thats why I chose to get him to come out. Honest work for an honest dollar is the way to describe him.

I called Richard after the 1st plumber didn't show up. He came the next day and gave suggestions on what to do. He was very nice and professional and cleaned up after himself.

They were very prompt and very experienced. They cleaned up very well when they left.

So far so good, final testing of leak control has not yet been performed.

Went great overall. Accomplished everything we had planned plus the sink and did so under budget.

He (and I am sorry I have forgotten his name), showed up on time, and was professional and friendly. I walked him through the issue. He then explained what he thought would need to be done (replace faucet, recommended a winterized one, and that he would need to cut through some dry wall to access the pipe from the inside) and then gave the estimate for the job. After we approved the estimate, he got right to work and completed the job in short order. During the work, he checked with me on a couple of issues he discovered after opening the wall (the original install took some shortcuts with how the water pipes attached (or not) to the frame and no attempt to prevent air leaks around hole cut to exterior), and fixed/correct the problems as part of his work (no additional charge).

My husband and I live in an old house: unfortunately, when it rains (or in this case, leaks) it pours! We have had Richard from Noble Plumbing fix 4 major leaks in our home in the last 3 months or so. Each time he's been able to come out within a couple of days and has always been punctual. He has been more than fair to us regarding the costs. He was able each time to give us a general idea as to how much each job would cost us and it's always been approximately what he quoted. As a matter of fact, this last job cost us substantially less than he quoted. Richard is a very polite, friendly young man who is fair, honest and does a heck of a good job. I have already recommended him to my friends and family! I will call him again if need be: however, we're hoping our plumbing problems are over!
