Description of Work: My new dishwasher was leaking on my new hardwood floor. They came right away and figured out the problem which required a very expensive part. This company went out of their way to check on the warranty of the part which turned was still within the warranty period. This was a 2 trip process and I was only charged for the labor and a trip charge. This very fine company saved me a great deal of money and was so pleasant to work with. I haven't had one little drop of water since. I definitely would use them again without a doubt and hope you give them a chance. One Happy Customer!

Description of Work: made house call to fix kenmore front-loadingwashing machine. timely, professional, and fair. my wife trouble-shot the problem and had the machine emptied and opened up to the point where the suspect drain motor could be accessed and repaired. They gave us credit, to the tune of 123.00 off the expected price, for the work she did. Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreThe service man showed up on the early end of the window of time they gave us and worked quickly and neatly. We will use Jeffrey's again.
Description of Work: The repairman dealt with our dishwasher not drying properly and an accumulation of junk in the tank. He started by asking a number of diagnostic questions. He then tested the heating element circuit (it was working) and proceeded to clean out the insides of the machine, checked for proper drainage and cycle function. He then suggested a number of changes in the way we used the dishwasher. In the end he asked us to call him back if all of this didn't fix the problem. It did fix the problem.
