They repaired my washing machine at a cost of about $200.00, and within a week I was having the same problem. I called again and they sent a new repairman who said the original fix was wrong and I needed a different part which they would order. After two months I followed-up with them to find out that the part was on back order and they had no idea when it would be received. I understand the back order problem, but their customer- service is terrible. To their credit, when I asked for a refund it was made.

We were very happy with the service. The repairman said this appliance was not fixable, which we appreciated.

its still not done 1 month later and still waiting on them, because theyve already been paid , but wont finish job. terrible service the ladys at counter are rude and unprofessional. Terrible company DONT HIRE JEFFERYS APPLIANCE

Jeffery's repair tech thoroughly examined the dryer and made recommendations. Jeffery's called the next business day with a parts quote and labor estimate.

Would not hesitate to use them again ! ! The control panel replacement part was $265.00, the labor and diagnostic fee was 101.00 plus tax of $32.00 for a total of $398.00

My repairman was Stanley. Knowledgable and friendly. I should mention: before I had Stanley here, I had a Sears repairman who said the refrigerator problem was not fixable - he charged me $110 for doing nothing. I thought he was "mistaken" (put your own phrase in there). I took a picture (attached to this review) of the broken line and took it to Jeffreys (recommended by local Fred's Appliance). They took a look at the issue and said "No problem." So, Stanley came out, looked at the problem and said he needed a better water line than what he brought with him that day. So, he left to order the correct line and came back about 4 days later. He replaced the water line with new stuff and turned on the water. Another leak appeared at the top of the fridge. He took off a hinge cover and immediately fixed the other leak (note that this fridge was new to me but purchased used). With both visits, total time was about 40 min. Well done and I am happy with the result.

The technician in his experience felt that the 1 circuit board replacement would fix the problem. He came prepared with all 3 should it have needed it - turns out the 1 replacement fixed the problem! I am so thankful for his honesty and his experience! Saved us a lot of $$ (the other 2 unused boards were returned to factory), and I have a range that has worked perfectly since! Highly recommend Jeffrey's Appliances.

Great diagnosed and part sent out for repair. Said two weeks and it was two weeks. Replaced part and I can cook again 😊

Arrived on time and had the problem resolved in about twenty minutes. Price was a bit high but I guess it's the going rate.

A repairman came out the next day. ( The office told us the day before that the repairman would call before he came out. He didn't. I was still getting dressed when he showed up.) Unfortunately, he said he didn't repair appliances and the charge for removing/installing the microwave was $175. We told him we'd have to find another repairman and he left. We were left wondering why the office sent him out in the first place if he didn't repair appliances. Wasted our time and his.

He was quick, professional and friendly. He found the item blocking the drain pipe and got me back up and working with no leaks. He was clean and careful with the area he worked in.

The repairman was great. I had everything apart for him. He said that my trouble shooting was correct. He had it fixed and back together within 20 minutes.

Excellent. Everything was friendly and efficient from the time I called to the time the repairman walked out the door.. Repairman could have easily sold me s new part but instead reshaped the part I had "fixed"

It went well. Minimal labor cost, most was the part. The part did have to be ordered and he did not charge any labor when he returned to install it. Seemed efficient and competent compared to the first company that tried to fix it.

Arrived within the 4 hour window. I liked that I got a call when he was on his way. He quickly replaced my thermostat. I liked that he had towels to place in my frig and on the floor for his screws and such. He finished quickly and adjusted my cost from the original estimate because it didn't take him as long as the estimate thought it would. Glad they could get the part as my frig is 23 years old and in good condition. Didn't want to buy a new frig since they are so much taller than my frig which fits under my cupboards besides being much more expensive.

The repairman was prompt, efficient, friendly but professional, and got the job done! And with humor, he said he could not provide me a 5 year warranty on the rest of the refrigerator! Jeffrey's is located in the Spokane Valley, so there was travel involved. But I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

I liked the quick service and the price. There was nothing that I disliked about them. I've used them several times.

Repairman, Stanley, arrived on time, very professional, and went right to work on repair, Got it up and running, it is a 1990 Vintage Oven so his help and expertise was greatly appreciated. Alls well, Operates likje a charm Will call on Jeffreys for any other work on my appliances Great Company and Staff
