Great, very responsive and informative.

He came on time, replaced the built and the water level problem. He said there was a problem with the gears and that it wasn't worth fixing. We are using it now until it stoped altogether and then will get a new one.

I called to make an appointment today at 12:33. Set one up for Wednesday. Within eight minutes I got a call back to see if I could have the technician come sooner since there was a cancellation. Within a half hour Jason showed up and went right to work. He was very pleasant, effecient and professional. He began by draining what water was left in the tub and then checked the filter and pump. In our conversation he said it would be good if I could find my owner's manual so he could see what error codes for trouble shooting might help. I looked high and low and could not find it. I tore the whole house apart looking for it. In the meantime, he continued to search for the problem. He discussed with me that the motor was a bit hot and was hoping it wouldn't be a broken motor assembly. I was hoping it would not be that too. So, I ran back upstairs to look for the manual some more. Within five minutes, I heard Jason call me so I went back downstairs to the laundry room. He had already packed up his tools and was writing his notes on the invoice. Thinking it was bad news and he had to order a new motor, I was a bit bummed until he kindly asked me .... 'What would you say if I told you the problem is solved and the washer is fixed?' Yay!!!! I was was ecstatic! He wasn't even here an hour and what looked like possibly bad news....was actually great news! You made my day Jason! Thank You! Seems it was a faulty sensor. Whoohoo......

Everything went perfect. Very professional company. Will use them if I have any other problems with any of my appliances.

The tenant expressed that the repair man was very professional and courteous. I feel like the repair was a little spendy, but I hope it will resolve the issue.

The service man from Jeffrey's came out to see what was wrong with our washing machine. He and my husband were in the laundry room and the service man was getting ready to check the machine and they heard a spring pop in place. The machine fixed itself! He checked it over and ran it on the spin cycle to make sure it was working properly. He was very polite and apologized that he still had to charge us the minimum for coming out to a service call, but it was okay with us. We were very satisfied with the outcome and would call Jeffrey's again.

They came out on a short notice, diagnosed the problem, and they did a great job. We paid $70 for the house call, and their diagnosis was that the machine could not be repaired. So, we got a new machine. Their price was the standard for a house call. Actually, I think that is low for a house call.

Fine. Came at the beginning of the window time. He had to spend a little extra time here because we didn't have it completely defrosted and did not charge anything for it. He seemed very knowlegable and was very friendly and conscientous.

We phoned the three appliance repair companies which were rated and quot;Aand quot;, two of which had answering machine during regular business hours (we left messages and they did not call us back). The exception was Jeffreys, who had a live person answer the telephone. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable (she even knew what the error code meant). We scheduled an appointment for the first available date between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. On the designated day, the tech called in the morning and informed us that his previous appointment took less time than expected and asked if he could service us earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us. He arrived at the new time and immediately started working. When my husband began explaining the problem, he told us he had 27 years of experience, at which time we left him to his duties and began exchanging funny stories, during which time he feverishly continued his work. We thoroughly enjoyed the technician for his knowledge, experience, and sense of humor...and our German Shepherd even liked him. He finished the work and gave us a fair price for the services performed. I will recommend Jeffreys to anyone without question.

Good job but a lot of time was spent to say there was nothing wrong with the machine except that I needed to put larger loads in and my pump does not sound good.

We were able to get an appointment in two days for Friday afternoon. We got a call on Friday telling us the technician was on his way. He fixed our dishwasher and checked the washing machine which he said was O.K. It took 35 minutes from start to finish. We are very pleased with the work done, and feel the charge was very reasonable.

They did exactly as quoted, initial quote was aprox $60.00 for analysis and then an additional $32.50 to perform the fix. They used part of the prepaid $60.00 for analysis toward the full cost to fix my microwave.

Jeffrey's Appliance Service was fabulous. Our old refrigerator broke down. I called the company we bought it from Tuesday morning when we found out it wasn't working and they weren't going to send anyone out until Friday. I said I had no refrigerator and I cannot wait and they said again Friday and sorry. So I said fine and I went online and found Jeffery's Appliance. I called them and they were not able to come that day, but they came the next day. He came with the part and fixed our refrigerator. He also looked at our broken dishwasher that we were going to replace, because we were told by another company that it would cost $300 to fix. He said he didn't understand the cost, because the part is only $50. So we would be looking at $120 to fix it. So instead of buying a new dishwasher he is going to come back out and fix it. They are totally an A on everything.

Our 24-yr old washing machine stopped draining properly because I had previously dropped a nylon-scrubber sponge between the inner and outer tubs. The earliest appointment was the next week on a day I needed to leave the house by 11 am, so I was given the first appointment of the day. The serviceman, Brandon, called before he came and arrived promptly. After asking several questions and examining the washer he checked a few things and then spent quite a bit of time trying to remove the bolts holding the agitator (to get at the pump). The bolts were impossible to budge, so he then was able to access the pump by removing the back panel. After a while he found the offending sponge jammed in the top of the discharge pipe at the pump top. He then had to go back to the office to obtain and quot;red glueand quot; to put the pipe securely on the pump. He instructed me to to wait at least a couple of hours before using the washing machine but then make sure the pump wasn't leaking (and to call IMMEDIATELY if it did). Washer worked fine the next day! I was not charged for the second trip he made, and he only charged me for half an hour labor.

Jeffrey's technician Brandon came out late December to check our GE oven and our Maytag Bravos washing machine, He diagnosed the problems and said he would order parts, an appointment to come back was set a with their office a day later. Brandon came on the appointed day, replaced the components, checked everything out. Brandon was very professional, and knowledgeable and performed his work in a timely manner. I have family business history with these types of repairs. When my families business was operating we would have been proud to have some one like Brandon working for us.

I was impressed with how well the company is organized and how friendly and helpful each member of their team is. The techs showed up exactly when they said they would, and the scheduler even called me in advance to tell me that the tech was on his way so I could leave my work and arrive in time. After the tech found the problem with my fridge, he gave me a complete breakdown of what the costs would be so I would know exactly what I was paying for. I chatted with him while he inspected the fridge and he told me all about how much he enjoyed working for the company and how well they treated him. It is nice to know you are supporting a company that not only does quality work, but also treats its employees well. I would definately use Jeffery's again.

We had been getting F2 and F3 codes (temperature sensor) on our Kenmore oven. Everyone we dealt with from Jeffery's, the receptionist and the technician, were friendly and professional. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in approximately 30 minutes. I was impressed that the technician actually found two faulty solder joints and re-soldered them instead of selling us a new control panel. I will definitely use Jefferies for any future large appliance problems.

Our fridge wasn't cold on Sat morning, we tried to clean the coils, etc to see if we could fix it. When that didn't work, I went on Angies list to find repair service. Called Jeffrey's, they were booked, but made an appt for Monday. They said if they had an opening on Saturday afternoon, they would call us back, which they did. The service man called to let me know he was on his way, then arrived, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, had the replacement part in his van and fixed the fridge in under an hour. He was very professional, friendly, neat and clean. Would definitely call them again for service needs.

First of all, the receptionist was wonderful. She told me she would call when the repairman was 30 minutes from coming and she did! It meant I could do errands and didn't to sit around for the famous “four hour window.” Well, the problem was that the refrigerator had stopped working, but the freezer, a bottom drawer type, still worked. And the repairman went right to the freezer and I'm thinking, “but it works fine! the problem is with the refrigerator!” Well, of course he was right. A huge wall of ice had built up in the freezer, affecting the refrigerstoir and indicatng a malfunction of one or two crucial mechanisms. He spent about an hour melting away the ice with a hand held steamer, replaced the parts and all works likje a dream

Refrigerator had been leaking for some time. I thought it had something to do with the ice maker. Instead, an outlet drain was plugged up (with frozen peas that had fallen out of the bag). He showed us the problem and how to avoid/fix it in the future. Very good work, very nice man.

Arrived on time for initial appt.. Identified cause of leak and made repair. When informed of the damaged caused by movers, repairman quickly called office to check on cost and availability of parts and transmitted information to me. Repairman was very knowledgeable of product and parts and answered my questions with authority. When parts arrived, I was called by nice office staff and appt was made. Repairman was prompt and efficient. I will use them again.

Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to people I know.
