Jeffery's Appliance not only fixed my washing machine but gave me tips on how to avoid the situation in the future. Thank you.

He showed up on time and called before he arrived to let us know that he was on his way. He fixed the dishwasher very quickly and was super nice. When we set up the appointment the service team was very nice and kept us informed of what was going on due to the fact that we had to have a part ordered. The dishwasher we have is an Asko which is an imported brand for Switzerland so we were not surprised when we where told that they would have to order in a new part.

Based on their suggestion I looked at the heating coil in the back of the dryer after taking it apart and it showed that it was burned and probably bad, so I took the part in and they checked it and found it burned out. They had the replacement part and I was able to purchase it and be on my way in about 5 minutes so that was quick and easy. I thought I would have to have a repair guy come by but they were able to make a few suggestions on the phone and it was an easy repair. and I am not very handy at all. They are great and I have nothing but compliments for their helpfulness.

They're honest. If I don't need something, they don't give it to me. I thought I needed a new element but I didn't. I just needed the timer to be adjusted. They're not really expensive. I always call them.

They do a good job. I think they charge $90 for a typical call out. We would use their services again in the future.

On 4/7/14 called Jeffries for repair on my new convection oven. On 4/8/14 Pat came out and found problem, he also noticed another potential problem so he called the manufacturer. He ordered new control board and also new heating unit. On 4/15/14 he came back and put in the new parts. Pat was very knowledgeable and professional. I will not hesitate to call Jefferies if needed in the future. He came immediately, placed the order for the parts needed and had new parts in replaced within a week. While at the house we were talking about my front load washer and he gave me some expert tips on house to keep it like new. Jeffries is very lucky to have Pat as one of their technicians.

Came out right on time. Tested everything. Turns out my stove is working fine. I appreciated not being sold something I did not need. Taught me some things about my stove also.

I liked them. They were friendly, timely, the price was fair, and they got it working.

I thought I was going to need a new gasket on the freezer door, but he made some adjustments and now it is perfect.

Jeffrey's Appliance Service came out right away and even moved the day up with a recent opening, diagnosed the problem right away, gave me a temporary fix, ordered the new part, and came out as soon as the new part was in. They were concerned, professional, and on time with no fuss and lots of tips for setting the fridge controls --- very helpful, courteous, honest and efficient, overall. I would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced the compressor that was under warranty.Labor costs weren't under warranty.

They walked me through the steps to diagnose the problem. I was able to find the problem and then ordered the part. They could have come out and charged me a service fee, but they helped me for free on the phone. I will use them for all my appliance needs in the future.

Jeffrey's came out on Thursday. Didn't have the right part. Part not ordered until Friday. Part came in on Monday, but not fixed until Tuesday. Thankfully, we have an RV at our home and we were able to save most of our frozen items and used it and a small dorm frig until the repairs could be completed.

They checked out the refrigerator and replaced various parts, including the main control board. The problem seemed to be fixed. However, we eventually noticed that the freezer compartment would get too warm for a few hours every couple of days. It was too warm to keep ice cream from getting mushy. They came back a few times and tried various things. They finally figured out that the main control board that they gave us had some kind of problem. They replaced that and now it works perfectly. They never charged us for anything but parts and labor for the initial visit. They were always prompt and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

The price was fine. They couldn't fix it and we had to buy a new washer. We were appreciative that he didn't have us get it fixed and have it die as it was not worth fixing. We didn't have much service from him and it was not his fault but just the washer wasn't fixable. We ended up paying for him to come out and get a new washer too. He got here earlier than what he said and called to see if that would work for us.

Both problems were taken care of--they were minor but beyond what the owners could do.

The repair technician arrived on time and did a good job repairing the problem. They did not stock the part that was needed for the repair and had to order it and make a second appointment to finalize the repair. THe techncian tried to tell me that he needed to replace a belt that had been replaced a few months earlier. After I asked about why the belt would need to be replaced so soon, they backed off and said that it wasn't necessary. Overall they did a pretty good job, but I did not apprecaite being told I needed to replace a belt that did not need replacing.

I could not be happier with them. He had the parts on hand. He was just awesome, nice and knowledgeable. The part on my washing machine was a drain pump. I got it for $167 and then he charged me $40 labor. He saved me so much money, because I was going to go get a new microwave. He fixed even though it was not scheduled. It was an awesome experience and I tell everybody about it. I had to wait one day and I got a courtesy call right before he was headed towards my house. I was totally impressed with him. I will use him again.

The tech. was quick and determined the problem was a worn out tub bearing. He explained the cost (not including labor) would exceed the price of a newer washer. The tech gave me recommendations on what to look for in a new machine.

After not solving the problem and timer no longer available, we decided not to pursue further repair of dishwasher (approx. 12 years old). Jeffrey's did not charge us for the second visit nor the part that did not solve the problem. The technician, Brandon, was very professional throughout and very personable as well.
