Description of Work: Gary from Jeffrey's was very courteous,professional, and on time. Our gas oven wasn't working. Gary quickly troubleshot the issue and found a bad igniter to be the problem. He replaced it with a new one and we were cooking with gas in no time at all. A little pricey, but cheaper than replacing the range. This is the second time I have used Jeffery's and would use them again.

Description of Work: Jeffery's Appliance is a topnotch business. I've used them for all of my appliance repairs and they have been stellar. I would use them in a heart beat. Very professional. I only had one problem and really its my fault because I didn't recognize it but then again I thought it was repaired so why would i complain. I have a cheap button on my Thermador updraft and it requires an equally cheap little ring to keep it secure. The button was replaced by Jeffery's when it broke at whatever cost but the ring was missing thus making the button wobble. I never really noticed this until the button broke again but the reason it broke is A. Its a cheap part on an expensive stove and B it needed the ring. Jeffery's came out to replace it again and this time I got a new ring but I had to repay for the service and parts. I guess I could have said something but I didn't. Mostly however I believe Jeffery's is a great service provider and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest or use them again.

Description of Work: They sent out a repairman on two occasions (07/14 and 07/22) who (after much of our time and a small scratch on our kitchen floor) was not able to figure out what the problem was with our stove. On their third try (07/24), a new technician was dispatched to our home and did an amazing job in about 30 minutes! We have the name of the technician that did the repair and we will keep that for future use.

Description of Work: Attentive, professional, reasonably priced. I had a leaking refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem quickly AND correctly. Repairs were done in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: It took them several trips to my home to get my water heater fixed, however, they did finally fix it. They were nice servicemen. The price, just a bit more than I had expected. Fixed my washer also.

Description of Work: Replaced part on ice dispenser on refrigerator. Repairman knew exactly what to do to get the part in place and working efficiently and effectively. Evaluated the dishwasher and had the parts person call me the next day to let me know what the price would be to do the repairs. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Jeffrey's came out twice to assess our warranty work on our refrigerator. But both times it was misdiagnosed. But the next time they sent out Joseph who really knows what he's doing. The office staff was very friendly. We got a call when repairman was on his way (though a 5 hour window seems a bit extreme). I believe Jeffrey's is a conscientious business and will work to satisfy the customer. But ask for Joseph.

Description of Work: My dishwasher didn't drain for me at all. They ran it many times through many cycles and it drained for them all the time. So it was No Problem Found. I have some sort of plumbing issue here that i was unaware of. My dishwasher just needed to go for a ride in the SUV and see spokane. So i just paid them for their time is all.

Description of Work: Spoke with tech about a freezer that is tripping the electric & causing some shocks. Based on tech's estimate, better to purchase another than trying to replace the compressor. Also asked about servcing my frig, washer, dryer, & dishwasher. Provided good tips for handling by myself on 3 of the 4. I'm buying another freezer today based on the tech's recommendation but plan to use this Applicance Service for my dryer. The tech was able to explain in layperson's terms what should be done & consequently saved me some money for servicing.
