Description of Work: Business must be good for this company. I called them after another plumbing company recommended them for the job I was looking at getting done. They came out, looked at the situation, and told me they would call back the following week. They never called me back.

Description of Work: Excellent results. I requested service for two different problems and, thanks to their keen observations and suggestions, they resolved a total of 5 or 6. All work was completed with excellent results. Good communications and updates were maintained throughout. Jennie, Joe and Dennis were all a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: He came out and looked at the hose bib that was leaking badly. He told us it needed a new part, but didn't have it and that it would require ripping out some drywall to get to the connection. He suggested we replace the anti-siphon valve and maybe that would lessen the problem (it didn't). He did no work and charged us, but didn't give us the first time customer discount. We later called another plumber who pulled out a screw driver and tightened a connection and solved the problem in 30 seconds--no drywall work or new part needed.

+ -1 moreThe company was very prompt in returning calls, and I was fortunate in that they had a delay in another job. Jim came to the house to review the work, which cost a $70 house call. he returned the next day, was late only bc he was searching for the required parts for the T and the valve. Work completed in 6 hours, and the Stevens County inspector commented on what a thorough, A+ job was done. Jim came back and completed the work the next week and the line works great. thought a bit pricey compared to prior jobs, but the work was good.

Tom is a very pleasant man who obviously knows what is needed to do the job. The installation was completed in a timely fashion. It seemed to me that I was seeing a real professional in action. + -1 moreMy mom had used him, he's a great guy, great plumber, fair prices. He did some outside work for my mom. He did a great job for her. He came out to the house and looked everything over and took some pictures so he wouldn't forget, he said "I hope you don't mind if I take a few pictures just so I have it right" and he told us the approximate cost that would give us the formal quote the next day and he did. The price were fair and he doesn't spring or paw on the product he uses by any means, he has really good products, he fixes things right it seems. I plan on using him soon, we have to tear all the wall and put a new one in before he can do his work. We're kind of waiting on that but he will be doing my work as soon as I'm done with that.
Description of Work: I got a bid from Five Star Plumbing and I plan on actually using him. I called him before I went on vacation and I was on vacation like 3 weeks and told him I'll call him when we got back.

Description of Work: We'd been having problems with a leaking pipe that runs off of the laundry room sink. Tom came in and quickly repaired the leak. We haven't had any problems since.
