After 6 hours of trying to install it, they gave up and walked out of my home leaving me with a light switch that didn't work, an outlet that didn't work and the ceiling fan dangling from the ceiling. Nexus Integration sent me 2 wonderful people who had everything working perfectly in under an hour. They were respectful, knowledgeable and fixed all of the things that the other guy screwed up.
