What a great experience. I have always been skeptical about air duct cleaning services, but Andy and Cory with Better Air Spokane have convinced me. From my initial contact everything was handled in the most professional, customer focused, manner imaginable. The pricing is straightforward with no gimmicks or up sells, they called before showing up to provide an updated time frame, explained everything ahead of time and Cory was a machine going about his work. I can not recommend Cory, Andy and Better Air Spokane enough if you are looking for duct cleaning.

Great. I was very impressed with Andy's professionalism. He was communicative about his arrival time and throughout the process explained all that he was doing. When the job was complete he showed me all the "gunk" that came out of the ducts.

Andy was on time, very professional, explained what he was doing. Showed me the debris he cleaned out in his large shop vac. Also told me the duct work was very well sealed and no evidence of mold, mice, or moisture. Finished with a Thyme/Lemon oil disinfectant that went away after about 20 minutes. Supposed to kill mold/bacteria/viruses for 6 mo. He said he'd be about 4 hours and was there for 4 1/2. I thought the price was very reasonable. He cleaned up any mess he made.

It went very well. He was very thorough, detailed, professional, and courteous.

Better Air Spokane emailed us a few days before our appointment as a reminder. The day of the appointment they called to let us know they were on their way. They showed up right at our appointment time. Two young men arrived and cleaned out our dryer vent, inside and outside. They did an excellent thorough job and were very polite young men. We will hire this company again.

Andy provided excellent service. Spent a great deal of time making sure all vents are clean and working properly. He discovered current dryer location is ok, vent was plugged with lint and water, which he clean and dried. Replaced vent cap on outside of home. Tested air pressure and came in under estimate to relocate. I would recommend Better Air Spokane to everyone who wants excellent service, fair and reasonable pricing and customer service from the owner of a small business.

They didn't schedule.

Andy cleaned the ducts of our forced air gas furnace. He explained what he was doing and how, and was very thorough. Andy is a nice young man who really knows his business. He is punctual and considerate, and his prices are very fair. I asked him to clean the dryer vent, but after looking at it, he said it did not need cleaning. I give him a 5 star rating and will recommend him to anyone who asks. We look forward to breathing clean air once again.

I was very impressed with how clean and efficient all of his equipment was, no dust blowing around or dirty tracks on the floor. He let me follow him around to see what he was doing and was more than willing to answer all of my many, many questions. Afterwards, he showed me what all his negative air machine pulled out of my ducts and wow were they dirty! All three filters that looked brand new when he started were full of dirt from my house! Very happy I got this done, I feel the air in my house is much cleaner-worth every penny.
