Banner Furnace and Fuel has provided us with good service over the years. I recommend them. The last time we needed their services was on a furnace repair. The repairman was very helpful and competent. He was able to identify the problem within a few minutes and had the right part to fix it. The cost was higher that I hoped but it was better than the alternatives: no heat; new furnace.

Service after the sale is a key element in constumer satisfaction.. They failed in this area..

We have had them install heat in an out building before. They are very prompt.

Our furnace was not working and we called them out to service it. They came out and were nice. They seemed to want to fix the problem but nothing was working consistently. We called them back out and still nothing was fixed consistently. Yet they charged us additional for that. We ended up calling someone else and the furnace was finally fixed. We would not use them again.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use them again in the future.

I called dispatch and received a response call from Mike a few minutes later. He showed up 10 minutes after calling. He diagnosed the problem and found he didn't have a replacement part on his truck so he called a coworker and drove to his place to get the part. While working on the furnace he also cleaned the flame sensor. Price was within what I was expecting for an after-hours call. Mike was professional and courteous.

Performed AC and Heating System check prior to new renters moving in. Professional and very informative. Not only would we recommend them again, but we have asked the renters to only call them in case of heating/AC concerns.

The salesman was informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. The install crew was punctual, efficient and courteous. They did not leave me without heat, got it going temporarily and even offered space heaters if needed. I have some follow up questions and they are getting back to me as they get answers.

My experience went well. In my first interaction I had a heating problem on a very cold Sunday and it took them four or five hours to come out because I was about fifth in line.

Worker from Banner arrive two hours late. Cleaned all the registers, ducts and the AC coils. Sold me a new filter that he said would improve efficacy. After he left I looked into the ducts and they were very dirty. The ducts are only clean two feet from the registers. The length of Banners air hose. I also looked at the filter he sold me. It was two inches too short. Beware

There was a bird that got sucked down the chimney and was jamming the main distributing system. The repairman at first thought a main part had to be replaced but saw a feather and examined the compartment where he found what was left of the bird. He took that part out to his truck so our basement was not soiled and removed the rest of the bird. It was a very professional job. We are on a maintenance plan so there was no cost to us.

Our furnace went out in the middle of February and we had no heat. We called Banner, and they came out the next day to fix our furnace. The first repair man charged us $350 to replace some part he 'thought' was broken but wasn't sure. Three days later, we were without heat and down $350. We called banner again, and another repair man came out. He wasn't sure either and thought it could be one of two things. He of course recommended replacing the most expensive part first. Again, we were without heat in a few days. They then replaced the other part, and viola, after fixing two wrong things and charging us through the nose we had a very expensive repair job.

It went very well. They were on time, courtious and did what needed to be done in a timely manner.

The repairman was knowledgeable, efficient, professional. We had just come off of a bad situation with another company and this guy was everything that the other guy wasn't. He also fixed up some of the problems that the other company created. I won't go to anyone else from now on.

They came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem with our company furnace at a very reasonable cost. We had hired another company initially that charged us and nothing was fixed. Banner was Great!

We are very satisfied with their service. They are very reliable.
