Perfect. Have used Banner for years, and wouldn't consider anybody else. They were on time, very professional, explained everything I needed to know about my system, left no mess.

Fine. No issues. Completed as scheduled.

Friendly and informative salesman. Able to negotiate through one issue easily with win-win outcome. Showed up first thing in the assigned morning and installed within a few hours taking time to answer any questions I had. The company performed the warranty follow up within a week and sent us the homeowner paperwork. Inspections for gas and electrical were arranged and performed in the same time frame with no problems. Full house humidifier had almost immediate positive impact in the home, bringing humidity up to more comfortable level. Through the season, the unit worked as expected and is a definite improvement. Very glad we had this work done and were very happy with the personnel and work performed.

Banner was great! Showed me everything, fixed everything, and didnt charge me after determining it was covered under warrenty. The technician was personable and professional.

I would grade them an overall “A”, because it was on warranty and it didn’t cost me anything.

There was only one worker. They were good. It took 45 minutes to an hour to complete the work. They left the area clean.

I think they really overcharged me.

They were very good. They were friendly and professional. They were everything we expected and hoped for as far as installation and all that stuff.

The tech quickly ordered the part we needed and got it installed later the same day. He was professional, courteous, friendly and identified some other potential issues with our gas plumbing. We will only ever use Banner for our furnace, hot water heater, install and repair.

They did a good job. They had to clean it out and there was something wrong with the fuel. They came out in the middle of the winter and fixed it.

Went great. They did an excellent job with the installation, including installation of a new thermostat when the old one turned out not to be adequate. They were clean and meticulous in their work. When the Tim Fricke (HVAC Equipment Consultant) came by to do the quote, he gave me a variety of equipment options and was willing to answer my questions. He gave some recommendations about clearing the intake vents to minimize problems. The two installers did a great job. Both were willing to answer questions that I had. The unit has worked great since installation. Would definitely use this company again.

We were very happy with them. They were here for about 2 hours.

I wish Banner staff had been able to come out and install the motor blower more quickly. However, they were very helpful in taking the old motor blower apart and this enabled us to do it ourselves.

It went extremely smoothly. The estimator was prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at answering questions. He told us that they would not be the cheapest, but that their work was excellent. He was correct, and we were willing to pay a little more for the excellent service we received. The installers were prompt, and very comfortable to have in our house. They were extremely clean--even when removing an old oil tank! They cleaned up well, went about their work rapidly, and made things look very good. We had to have them come back one time to make an adjustment, which they were prompt and willing to do. We were completely pleased, and would recommend them to others--we used them because our neighbors recommended them to us.

The person that they sent out was really honest. I don't know about furnaces, and he went through the whole system, and looked at everything. They are really honest people. They came here promptly, and knew what to do. They were great all the way around. I will use them in the future.

The tech was very prompt and polite and competent however I thought their shop rates were way too high!! I won't use Banner fuel and furnace again due to their high rates.

Everything went pretty well. There were a few extra costs involved, but they got everything done in a timely manner and they were very professional.

Let me know that the parts and labor would be about as expensive as a new water heater. Went over all options and were able to perform the replacement that same day.

The service provider conducted a service check which consisted of general maintenance and changing the filters. The service is always excellent. I was especially pleased with the service provider offering to deliver the fuel needed for my A/C system. I would recommend to service provider to others.

They were very responsive and came to our house the same morning I called. They did a very professional job. We are very happy of their work. I highly recommend it.

They had to run piping and external systems, and hide it completely. It has cut our heating bill by a third. The work was excellent. We had no problems at all. They were very personable people, very prompt service. They were very professional, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anybody.

Had Banner out to service my furnace for the first time since we bought our house 3 years ago. Serviceman was on time, performed the service in about an hour, was friendly and paid attention to not making a mess. Have also used them in the past for AC sercice and they have were great to work with then too.
