The estimate for the job was about $300., but between the time of the estimate and when the work was done we decided to add a few more rooms to the job so the price went up to $500. The person doing the job showed up on time and was very accommodating as to moving furniture that was still in the room that we weren't able to move ourselves. He was professional and was finished in a reasonable length of time. The carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction and dried quickly. We would certainly use this company again for future carpet cleaning needs.

They were punctual, friendly and professional. They looked at all the areas to be cleaned; even called in to find if it was possible to clean a needlepoint rug (no). They figured the price and stuck to it. They told me what other services they offer as to cleaning - tile granite, upholstery; I realize that's the time to offer additional services the customer may not be aware of, but I felt a bit that they were pushing sales and after awhile, it irritated me. They were at my home about three hours, and did a great job. There was a slight odor left by the cleaner but that's typical and it dried in several hours.

They arrived on time and listened carefully to our needs. Some rooms needed complete cleaning; others just needed traffic areas done. The did exactly what we needed and charged us for just that work. They were friendly, yet professional, completed the work quickly, and the carpets dried very quickly, just as they advertise. The products they used did an excellent job of cleaning; our high traffic areas looked better than they had in several years, and they have stayed cleaner longer. We will definitely use Zerorez when we clean carpets again.

They arrived right on schedule, examined all the carpets & checked for stains, went over the prior estimate with me, and then got to work. They were done in a couple hours.

I have bad allergies and they don't use stokes when they clean the carpet. The price was a bit spendy. I haven't decided if I would use them again.

They did an excellent job. He was very personable. They gave me a discount because the dog had peed everywhere so they used the pet enzyme cleaner. They were very thorough and everything I wanted in a carpet cleaner. Their price was a little higher than others but I knew that going in. They were very professional and came within three days. I would absolutely use them again.

It was not a positive experience. I felt like the guy that came was here to sell me additional products. He cleaned the carpets but he told me that if I wanted them to stay clean I would have to buy this product for $9.99 and if I wanted to have them treated I would have to buy another product for $15.99 and so on. He also asked me for a list of buyers in the area and what I thought would be a fun place to go and watch a basketball game. The carpets looked good when he left but it didn't last, and within a couple of weeks, it was back to what it was before he came. He came right out when I called but I felt like he was rushing to leave to go and watch a basketball game. I have used other carpet cleaners since then.

Before the cleaner came I moved out all possible furniture. Because of their sizes I left a sofa in the living room and a sofa and game table in the basement recreation room. When the cleaner arrived he looked at the two sofas and table and said "What do you want me to do with them? Every other cleaner I've used understood that the pieces couldn't be moved out of the room. They would move them enough to clean under; then return them to their places and sit them on some plastic foam. When he saw the basement recreation room he said “This is the size of two rooms" --suggesting to me that he thought more should be charged (the room measures 11x31 feet; the total square feet of all carpeting was 731). At that point he 'pitched’ a protection spray that would have added $120, but said he could do it for about $80. I was skeptical, but I decided to go ahead with the spray. The more I thought about this the more I was unhappy about the spray for two reasons: 1) All services should be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and 2) I searched their web site for an explanation of the spray--and I could find no mention of it. My conclusions: 1) The carpets were well cleaned--but probably no better than I have had done for half the price. 2) The service was poor. 3) The suggestion that the room was the size of two and then pushing a previously unmentioned spray leads me to conclude this is somewhat a 'switch and bait' operation. CONCLUSION: I had serious reservations about future use, but a representative called and discussed the problem with me. I think that probably my experience was not typical and that I likely will try them again since I was satisfied with the cleaning of the carpets.

We've used Zerores for years, and they always do a great job communicating with us before the appt. and do a professional job. The carpets always look better longer than they do when we shampoo them ourselves. The carpets also dry really fast. We will continue to use them once or twice a year.

The technician reviewed the work to be done, warned of the wear in some traffic areas and offered the protective agent to help protect the year-old carpet. He worked fast and was done in about 2 hours. Carpet wasn't "crunchy" like other cleanings seem to leave them. It took about a day to dry.

Excellent experience! I needed them on a particular day so I made the appointment several weeks in advance. They confirmed the appt by email and telephone as the date approached, so I didn't have to worry that they had forgotten about me. They showed up on time, did a very thorough job, removed one particular pet stain that I was concerned about. My floors looked like a brand new installation when they left. When I made the appointment, they gave me an estimated price, based on the Angie's List Coupon that was in effect at that time. On the day the carpets were cleaned, they refigured the bill after measuring and found that the estimate was too high ($169) and the actual price would be $139. I had already agreed to the $169 estimate. They could have kept it at $169 but instead, did the honest thing and refigured it on actual square footage cleaned. How awesome was that?! The employee, Nathan, was clean and friendly, even wore little shoe covers while in the house! He clearly enjoys working with the public (that's rare these days!) and doing a thorough and professional job. Thank you, Nathan!

called on a 89$ special. Once they got their they informed me that their special did not include cleaning areas that were "dirty". That made no sense to me. We argued for a while but they had already cleaned 2 rooms by this time. The technician then said I had to have carpet protectant put down or I would void my warrantee. He was very pushy and it got so uncomfortable I just paid him and asked him not to bother calling me again. He said it was not his job to call me. The carpets do look good. I did not have them do my stairs and basement rooms ad the price was already 3x what I expected.

They put furniture that needed to be up, up on spacers and cleaned the carpets in three areas and did our stairs. The carpets always look incredible after they work. We've used them a couple of times and they have always did a great job.

The service rep arrived on time and did his work very professionally. He was friendly and helpful. The carpets look great and are obviously clean. The oriental rugs are cleaner than they have been for years. I used to personally drive the Oriental rugs out to another highly rated cleaning service in Spanish Fork, for the same price on the oriental rugs - and there were always a few stains that never came out - I thought they were permanent. I was so amazed that Zerorez actually got these stains out!! Really - I was over the moon. I will only go with these guys from now on. Yes, they were expensive - but worth it.

AWESOME. Called before showing up early, came early, did a complete job and then some. Was really nice and seemed totally trustworthy...will use them again.

Well. I was under the impression that the process would extract most moisture but in fact it took 24 hours to dry. I had some stained .spots and the company wanted more money for those. I did not pay for the extra attention thus there are some stains remaining. I have never before used a professional service but do not believe they performed any better than the more historic services. The employee was attentive, courteous and used care in my house. He took the time to explain the process. Payment was easy via a hand-held credit card reader. I would use these people again but would be more attentive to gathering estimates the next time.

We originally called them for carpets but had them do our stone floor the same day. So, carpets first: The estimate and appointment process was easy over the phone. They didn't schedule a specific time but a range, like the cable company, which was a little annoying, The day of the appointment they called with an estimated arrival and then called a few hours later to push that time back. For us it was no problem since we have someone at home most of the day but if you're scheduling around them you should ask more questions around scheduling. They seemed more thorough than other companies we've used which is probably why it took a lot longer than other companies have taken. It did take several hours for the carpets to dry but we didn't get any of the smell we've had in the past. Either their extraction is better or their cleaning solution, or both. Work and drying time also plays in to scheduling or, more accurately, disruption to your life.. Come to think of it, you might want to try to be the first appointment on their list and just plan on not having anybody in the house for a few hours after. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning. They do try to sell a lot of additional services but our technician at least wasn't very pushy about it. One thing we did decide to do was have him clean our grout and stone while he was there. The price was on par with other companies we've used but the cleaning was far better. (As a general rule we've found tile and grout cleaning are really expensive). We made the mistake of installing a very light grout and this cleaning was far and away the best we've had at getting it back to original color. We weren't planning on doing the stone so we had to move a lot of things. The technician was very helpful in moving things without any extra charge. (I believe they do say there is a service charge if they have to move furniture). Zerorez will seal grout but not stone after the cleaning. Since we needed to seal the stone too we decided to do it all ourselves in one step. Overall we were very pleased. We knew from the beginning that this company was not the cheapest but we weren't looking for the cheapest company. We felt they did deliver fair value for the price. The only small complaint was the scheduling window otherwise we probably would have rated them an excellent.

The technician was punctual and pleasant and did the work responsibly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the work and will use them again. Treatment for one space came with the radio ad special and I paid additional for the other areas but it was well worth it. I will happily use them again.

We tried them after losing four other carpet cleaning services and found them to be the best. They were able to clean spots that other carpet cleaners either could not or else the spots came back. We also had them clean our living room couch and they did a good job. They cleaned a great deal of dirt and dust out of the ducts in our 55 year old home. They said they could have done a better job on the duct work, but their equipment was a littler larger that the opening of our ducts. Even so, the cleaning has made a big difference to help our family's allergies. They are pricey, but worth it.

The machine remains in the truck so the only thing in the house is the hose. They were very careful around my furniture with the hose. They placed guards on corners and put foam guards under large pieces that we could not move. The carpets look very clean and smell fresh. I am hoping the stains do not reappear. If they do I will do a follow up on this report.

Zerorez cleaned the carpet in one room and hallway. Our carpeting was very dirty and they got it clean. The solution that they use to clean the carpet did not leave residue of any kind. The man who did the cleaning was very helpful.

They did good quality work and also got the stains out. I don't have any complaints about the work they did. They showed up on time, and it didn't take long to complete.

The price for the carpets was fair but the price for cleaning the furniture was too expensive. Everything looks nice, carpet and furniture. I probably wouldn't have had the furniture done. I could have bought new furniture for what I paid.
