Punctual, and professional technicians. My carpets had not been cleaned in awhile. Was very impressed with the difference— before and after. Also liked that the carpets dried so much more quickly, with this method. Exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend.

Main living area, bedroom, hallway, stairs, and basement family room needed major cleaning. Pet urine treatment required in basement, too. Great results in just under 2 hours! Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a fiber protector added as well to keep the spills from grandkids and my spouse to easier cleanup.

Had some nasty stains from my dogs and they got them out, carpet looks brand new and smells so nice! They were on time and very courteous and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want! Have had this company for years now and they always do a fantastic job!! Highly recommend Zeroraz!!

I had my living room carpet cleaned, as well as the steps leading up to the living room, and a few steps that lead down to the basement.

They were having a special of $32 per room. It was kind of a disappointment, they usually vacuum it, this time they asked us to vacuum it first. Usually, I do that anyway, but they said to do it before they came. Well it kind of disappointed me that I had to vacuum. I have to always do this anyway, when I have someone move everything they can out of the living room or dining room. I think it's just standard for them when they come, they don't move anything. So they don't hurt themselves I guess. That was good price. The quality was good. We had arranged it then they called to change the time, not the time but the day.

I didn't find them through Angie's List. We had them here for two different things on July 12th and 13th. One of the services was $600. They cleaned our furnace, our air ducts and did our dryer vent. I bought cleanable one time furnace filter and it is like a super good deal. They did carpet cleaning the next day. They were here for two days in a row. The first day, they cleaned our furnace, the air ducts and the dryer vent. The second day, they did all the carpets and they professionally cleaned a bed. They sealed everything up. They did great. They know what they are doing and they are really good at it.

They did an excellent job! I am very satisfied!

Our service technician was friendly and cleanly and SMART. We don't have a big place and very VERY little carpet and they made us a deal and added some extras to meet the minimum dollar amount. Our carpets are still clean and smelling fresh 2 months later!

I had ducts cleaned out and two couches cleaned. Tech Matt Hill was courteous and really cared about doing a good job. Very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I like that the couches don't smell like odors were just covered up; but actually cleaned up. I like the fact that the company cared about my time by letting me know when they were 15 minutes from showing up. We will use them again when we need upholstery cleaned, (don't have any carpet).

They called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and then they called me the day of the service to tell they would be here in 30 minutes. Both calls appreciated. Shane was very nice, professional and did an awesome job. My carpets look like new and he got all the stains out of my chairs! I will definitely use them again and have told family and friends of my great experience with Zerorez.

I like their products I like their responsiveness.

They were really nice and professional, however the main large family room didn't come as clean as when they came out a year ago. High traffic areas were still visible. I responded via their email to me checking up and I replied back to let them know about the above concern and they sent someone out for a redo within a few days and it looks really great now. Their follow-up customer service was great!

The cleaners were on time and very efficient. They offered extra services (ScotchGard and pet protection) but weren't pushy. They finished quickly and left the carpets looking new. The caprtes were dry to the touch in just about two hours. I was very pleased.

I have used them several times. They are very professional, efficient, friendly, and they do a fantastic job. I have used them 4 or 5 times in the past 2 or 3 years. The interactions with them are excellent. Their price is competitive.

My experience with them was excellent. I have used them like three or four times. I had one bad experience. It was a new guy in training. I complained and they came back and did the work over to my satisfaction. The other three times was just excellent. I had them do my sofas and carpets before and they had been excellent. They are the only one I use to do anything. Their prices are good. They always come in the time window.

I have used them for probably a total of six or seven times for our rental properties. They were on time. They were very professional. They did a really good job. I was totally happy with it. I just found them to be a little expensive compared to others in the area, but they were here when they were supposed to. He actually scheduled us in at an earlier opportunity than anybody else could so I pursued that.

They didn't do anything. I could not tell that the carpets had been cleaned. The carpet was still dirty when they left, not that it was really dirty to begin with. I was totally unhappy with them. I guess their pricing was reasonable. They were responsive and punctual.

The tech really tried hard to get some stains and dirt out, and after a second trip to clean, he said there was nothing else he could do. I subsequently hired another cleaning service that you recommended and they were able to clean out the dirt. Unfortunately, environmentally sound cleaning products just cannot do the job.
