Zerorez

I do not remember when it was they were here. I do not have a copy of the invoice so can't say what they charged except I remember it was higher than I thought it should be. Carpet spots were still there after cleaning. Called them and asked for them to come back and respot the carpets and take care of problem. They said they would but never heard from them again. I called and got a supervisor and he said he would follow up and have someone call and reschedule but that never happened.

They did a great job. The carpet is about 14 years old and is from when this condo was an apartment. Looked great and most stains were gone. Some just couldn't be completely removed due to worn spots in the carpet!

I was a little nervous because we don't have commercial cleaning done too often. I read a lot of reviews about Zerorez and heard lots of good things about their service and professionalism. Patrick showed up on time, reviewed everything we needed or had questions about, explained their process and prices, and we agreed on a price and what was to be done. He was here for about 6 hours. He cleaned our furnace, all air ducts and cold-air intakes throughout the house, and sanitized all of them. Then he cleaned all upstairs carpets, hallway, stairs and landing, and applied protection spray to all of it. We were happy with everything. The product had a slight citrus smell, which was nice. He also cleaned a couple car mats for us and cleaned and sealed our entryway tile. It all looks great. We were a little surprised at how damp the carpets were when he finished, but surprisingly everything was dry by morning so we could put our house back together. It was more $$ than we had planned, but we ended up having much more done than originally expected, and he did a great job. We also will get a lifetime furnace filter, which should arrive soon. I will definitely have Zerorez again for cleaning needs. They also clean furniture and drapery in home while hanging. I would trust them to do that also.

I had them do the special treatment for pets and then end with a protective treatment to help keep the carpets clean. They did an excellent job! The carpet looks almost new! The price was a little more because of the extra services we had them do. We still have a couple of rooms to do and will have them back when we are ready. I would recommend them to anyone.

It didn,t. I called and scheduled an appointment. They sent me an E-mail confirming the appointment day and time. However, they stated that the Technician would arrive within a four hour window. Sorry, that was not acceptable.So I called and sent an E-mail to cancel the appointment. We are not going to wait around for up to four hours for the Tech to come. Our time is valuable and I don't like wasting it. I've dealt with several different carpet cleaning companies over the years and have never dealt with one like Zerorez that has a policy of a four hour window of time or any window of time for that matter. Normally when I schedule a carpet cleaning appointment, I schedule it for a certain time, and they are always on time, maybe give or take 10 minutes. But four hours, come on Zerorez you should be able to schedule your techs more accurate than that. I would never consider hiring a company that has this type of policy. So they were a no go for us.

Punctual, very professional service. Showed up on time, worked swiftly and thoroughly and did a great job. Our carpets are very CLEAN -- no residue. Very satisfied.

The tech was fine, arrived when promised etc. Carpets were cleaned pretty well and dried relatively quickly. So quality of service was pretty good. What I didn't like, and why I give the company a 'C' is their office policieis, which amount to bait and switch. To wit: (1) I reserved on-line, where they give a 2-hour window for arrival. But when they confirm, they provide a 4-hour window for the arrival of the tech. I called to complain (as who wants to wait 4 hours and then have potentially another 2-3 hours to hang around while the service happens?) They said, just this once, they'd provide a 2-hour window. When I suggested they make the online window congruent with the actual 4-hour window, they said that's just the way they do it. (2) The tech gave a hard sell for a number of items. I know this increases his pay and the company's, but it seems deceptive to come in for a low rate and that jack it up with extras. So while I thought the service itself was mostly fine, I don't like the company.

It was excellent. Our carpet was very dirty on some places - a lot of spots, and our area was larger than specified on the coupon used. Cleaned all the spots, the dirty areas are beautiful - the whole carpet looks great and they did not charge extra for anything. This was probably the least expensive carpet cleaning we ever had. Another plus is that the claning material smells like oranges - no chemical smell at all - and it dryes really fast. They had to come back to reclean a few of the dirty spots - no problem, made a new appoitment for the next day, showed up on time and did a beautiful job. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Already thinking of having them do the rest of the house as well.

after all that money spent, the pet stains they claimed would come out didn't. Alot of money and still does not look any cleaner than before.

I needed pet stain removal in 2 small areas and they said it would require over 4 gallons for each area at $60 per gallon!! -- I paid for one of the areas, but I'm not certain the results were any better than the standard carpet cleaning.

Pet problems on several places. Everything was clean, sweet smelling, and he even left some deodorizing spray in case there are accidents in the future. Very professional, clean, friendly, and helpful.

Technician was timely, informative, and professional.

Easy to schedule, was on time, 'Josh' was very professional, got out all of the stains and carpet looks amazing!!

I called them to get a house full of carpet cleaned. This started badly as they denied the validity of their coupon advertised on Angies List. I've got an ideo, take the coupon off! Then, they quoted a ridiculous price, and plainly had no use for my business. They did not tell me in a nice way.....rather in a totally dismissive manner. Needless to say, I will not be calling them again to clean the carpet in any of my 20+ rental properties!

This is the fourth carpet cleaning company I've tried in Spokane, and this was my best experience by far. The young man who did the work was pleasant, courteous, and professional. My carpet looks nearly brand new.

They came in and did a great job with both the cleaning and using some additives to help remove the odor. They were especially responsive to my needs as I was working the graveyard shift and had to travel an hour to get to the house so they could clean. They arrived punctually, worked quickly, and did a great job.

The service was excellent and the carpets looked great.

It was really good - they also did pet treatment. The process worked and I am happy with the results.

I've used them a couple times. They don't use chemicals and don't leave a smell after the work is done. I had noticed a spot after they left and they came back to clean.

We called for estimate. They came and cleaned. We paid them. They left. We are happy.

They did a really nice job and did a good job on my moms house too.
