Description of Work: No complaints about the service or cost. It's easy to book an appointment on time, too. Only issue I had was that their timeframe on the website versus what they tell you on the phone doesn't match.

Description of Work: This was the second time we used Zerorez. The first time we were very pleased with the work. The technician was very professional. We had no problem having them back. This last visit was not good. The technician was new, and seemed to be in a hurry. The final results we barley acceptable.

Description of Work: Definitely not a good experience. The young man that came to do the work was great, very nice, and tried his best. They just did not do a good job, I was unhappy and there was visible dirt left on the floor. They obviously did not have the necessary product for slate floors. It was $4/sq foot, which is expensive, but I would have paid if it came out beautifully. It did not. We complained to the manager and she was rude to us, and took 10% off which is nothing. I will not use them again and they do not stand behind their service.

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts that had not been cleaned in the ten years I have lived here. Previously I'd had them clean couches and carpets. They're great at what they do.

Description of Work: Clean rooms that I had requested. Offered solutions to the problems they find with our carpets in regards to our pets. They were not pushy at all - I really appreciated their professionalism. Will only hire them in the future.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and went right to work. I asked to have some areas retouched that the did the last time I used them. They agreeded to do this without cost. The worker took great care to do a quality job no matter how long it took. I recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Cleaned upstairs carpets, did not remove paint from carpet well, but the rest of the floors looked great (past owners pet stains removed, high traffic areas cleaned, etc). The associate offered to clean my vents, and was willing to negotiate a price that was good for both of us. I highly recommend negotiating a price as the market is tight.
