I couldnâ t be more pleased with the way Raptor Rooting & Plumbing fixed my problem. They came on Saturday to look at it and did the work on Monday. The guy I dealt with, Brooks, was polite and knowledgeable. I had too high water pressure which was blowing pipes in my sprinkler system. The old pressure regulator wasnâ t working and had been installed in the wrong place. Brooks explained to me that it should have been placed before the water meter on the line, not after it. By doing that it regulates the sprinkler line as well as the house. The new regulator has reduced the pressure and is adjustable. Problem solved.

I was very happy with Raptor Rooter! Nick and Jason came out the day after we called for a FREE estimate, and their price was below the others in the area. There was one company called Scott's Plumbing that quoted way higher, more than double for the work, and charged me a $70 dispatch fee that they never mentioned to me. Raptor rooter was far superior! Their professionals came and did a thorough job during their inspections, and didn't try to push work that didn't need to be done. It was great to deal with an honest company. If you're looking around for a plumber in the area, look no further, because Raptor will have the lowest price and the best work. I know because I shopped around with all of them in the area. As an elderly customer my clogged drain, which turned out to be a broken sewer line, seemed a stressful situation. However the technician came pretty quickly and with the aid of his equipment, found the break, dug it up and repaired it. He was very courteous and helpful in explaining things, and I had great confidence in him. Would certainly recommend this company.
