The business was reponsive and showed up at the time that was scheduled. I also recieved messages, texts, and emails keeping me up to date on arrival and work times. The people were professional and answered questions when I had them. They left the work area in the house clean and in the landscape area outside and removed all work materials.

Friendly and knowledgable

My plumbing issue went from minor to major in a day. Other service providers could have taken advantage of the situation. Raptor Rooter did not. The price was reasonable and the service professional. I will call them again if I need help with a plumbing issue. Hopefully that won't be this year or next.

The cost for the project was in my opinion a bit high but such is our economy at this time. Nathanial was polite, efficient and made sure I approved of the parts he was using during the entire project. I now have two working outside house bibs/faucets and Raptor actually gave me the lowest bid and had the work done in two hours.

Chris is one of the "old guard". He has experience. Knows what it takes to start and complete the project, and he is easy to work with.

Great sales pitch, seemed to understand what we wanted. Said they could perform job per our requests. We expected skilled workers regarding type of work being done. However, disappointed in work. *once job started, getting people back to complete took longer than expected. Left a mess for us to work around. *disorganized work crew: items needed were frequently in a different truck somewhere, etc. or will have tomorrow. *check to be sure any necessary permits have been obtained. *Had to ask for redo on several areas of work. Redo was completed as well as some compensation for damages to property. Some dings and dents in fence posts we will have to live as new posts were just recently installed prior to Raptor Rooter work, and would involve more tear up of retaining wall area and yard which we just completed. We did quite a bit of cleanup ourselves. Did not live up to our expectations.

Showed up, Chris very pleasant and congenial. Did not appear to have experience with this plumbing problem but persevered and got me up and running. Was very expensive for the work to be performed but got it completed that day

He was very friendly and professional, knew what he was talking about. They were very fast at getting back to us and coming to fix our problem.

Lower cost

I am the Operations Manager of Northtown Mall and we have a lot of plumbing issues that require a licensed plumber. I used Angi.com and came across this company. The plumber wasnt here for 15 minutes before he started an argument with my boss to where my boss would no longer talk to him. I heard it on the phone and was floored at his horrible attitude. Then, when I got to the site, things seemed to be going well as they were mostly finishing up. At the end of the job, in which the original plumber called in a 2nd plumber, without asking and at an additional $350 per hour, the employee told me the total, which was over $2,500 for a 2 hour fix and to replace a joint and a 4ft section. So I asked to see an itemized invoice just so I could see what I was paying for and he got really upset. He showed me a piece of Schedule 40 pipe that was around $150 and then said, well we used metal and its like 18 times as much as that. I just dont have a picture of it with the price. I cannot emphasize this enough, this employee was the biggest jerk of an employee/contractor that Ive had to work with here at the mall and I deal with hundreds of contractors. He literally told me I should be thankful for him showing up and he didnt have to come. Then said, repeatedly, he doesnt care about my business or need it. They have people booked out for months so he doesnt care about my business. I have NO idea how or why this place is still in business. That employee dealt with 3 mall employees and he got into arguments with all 3 of us. I would NEVER let this dude in my house or anywhere near my business and there is zero chance they will ever get the Malls business again. And, for the record, this is the first review Ive ever left. I generally just let bad service slide and dont choose to use a company again but this guy was such a jerk I just feel obligated to save any of you from using this company. Im also emailing Angi.com to let that site know about my experience because there is no way they would be on that site if Angi had a clue how much of a jerk this guy is.

Joe was very nice, helpful, and professional.

They had the best response time. Within 5 minutes of submitting the request, I was called and had someone out later that day to look at the issue. They found and fixed the issue within a short amount of time and assessed that we had bigger issues going on and referred us to a restoration company.
