Fast, friendly and fair.

Plumber arrived promptly and was friendly and polite. He explained the process for determining where the clog was and gave me an estimate for the work required. I thought the charges were reasonable. He then took the time to scope the sewer line and describe to me what the images were showing, and he augured both my bathtub and shower drains, eliminating the clog. He then took the time to look at my hot water heater and suggested features that I should look for in a new one when it was time for a replacement.

I would have rated higher but the service technician failed to turn the valve to our sprinkler system back on. I called for a follow up appt but before you could get a tech out my son-in-law just happened to stop by and turned it on for me.

People are rip-offs. Charged me $423.00 to replace a toilet flange, but never did it. Gave some bs story about having to break up concrete and tile floor, then lied about flanges that go inside of the pipe. Ended up doing 20 mi work on the sink drain. 100% disabled vet, and had to follow up on the discount they offer. Hired people who do not know their jobs. Total rip off company. Going to report to them to other platforms. DO NOT USE.

I was extremely pleased with the plumbers I had, Brett and Nate. Both were very patient and kind when I had broken frozen water pipe. I highly recommend both.

I had Luis Trent and his apprentice Nick at my home for approximately 5 days. Each day they showed up on time and were very professional in carrying out their work which included installation of a new water heater and tearing out and replacing 70 year old galvanized piping and replacing with new Pex piping. I could not be happier with the work they accomplished at my home. In addition, the I could not be pleased more with the cost of the project. It was very reasonable.
