Well, yes and no. For the plumber having looked at and just guessed at size of piping and then came back later to do the work, and then having taken 2 hours to go back into Spokane to get right-sized couplings was not good for the company, but actual work was just a shade over 1.5 hours and charged for 2 hours that was the estimate. Piping cost is horrible, but 30% less than Gold Seal overall.

Manufacturer originally offered excuse for not providing parts under warranty. Chris worked up alternatives for me if I had to pay for eveRything myself. Calls back to company finally found rep who specifically identified parts and authorized replacement under warranty. Chris patiently stuck through lengthy process with me and provided excellent service. He took additional unpaid time to explain system and make recommendations for precautions and routine maintenance.

Chris arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about the plumbing in an old house (1950) and quickly removed old plumbing with updated pipes. Shower works great!! No more leaks. Chris was great with our two dogs. Always a plus.

I thought I needed to buy an entire new water heater, apparently it was just turned off! Another company was going to charge me $1,600 after inspecting it and wanted to replace it. Raptor Rooter quoted me only $1,200 so I decided to go with them. In the end, I paid nothing!!!!

Sam came out within one hour of me visiting the homeadvisor website. He snaked out the drain and showed us why the problem happened...improper installation of the drainpipe in the basement. That's for another day, but the immediate problem was fixed quickly.
