I rated the value for money at 4 simply because I believe that labor rates have become too high generally. Often I choose to do a job myself, simply on the base of unacceptable labor costs, even though I would prefer to put the job up for offer by local contractors. Raptor's costs are the same as most plumbing contractors, so the rating I gave is not punitive to Raptor.

Raptor was just a fantastic company to deal with. From the get-go, there was great communication from support staff, a confirmation call when Chris was enroute, and Chris was really outstanding to work with. He was polite, detailed in his communication about the project, listened to me and did an outstanding job with my repair. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a professional, courteous, and quality plumbing job!

Chris was very easy to work with and stayed longer just to make sure the job was completed that evening. Great Job! The woman on the phone, Elizabeth, was very helpful also and called back several times to again make sure that we could get everything set up and done that day.
