"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

We have been building all phases of construction for over 35 years here in the Spokane area. Building several of our own homes from the ground out. About 15 years ago my wife and I decided to start our own construction company and have been doing all variety of projects, from new builds to remodel. We are happy to do small projects. We currently are wanting to focus on interior finishes such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, trim, door and window replacements and home repairs. I can do small roofing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning. I can do general maintenance work for you like shovelling snow, lawn and garden work, lighting installation, and filter cleaning. "Ken is AWESOME! He was the Only one who responded to my need. It was Thanksgiving day and my kitten had already spent a day and a night stuck high in a tree and afraid to get back down. It was such a cold night I couldnt have her go through another! And thats exactly what Ken said too when he read my need. He was at my house within 30 minutes Thanksgiving day. He was sharing it with his loved ones at the time I messaged him so he let me know he would say his goodbyes and be on his way. He showed up, ready to rescue and I was so happy to see him! I really didnt know what I would have done otherwise! He is such a good hearted man, making sure he had a treat for the kitten when he got to her and then putting her inside his coat, for warmth, as he climbed down the ladder. When it got time to pay, he smiled and told me Happy Thanksgiving. WOW! I think anyone else would have charged extra because it was a holiday! I 100% recommend Kendoes Handy Work and will call him if I need a helping hand. And not because he didnt charge me, but because I could tell hes an honest, hard working, caring man and that I could trust him in my home for any job. This guy knows how to do everything!!"
