I have used this company since 1998, will continue to use this company, as well as recommend them to others. They are always on time and always do a great job. Rob, the cleaning guys is also very good with pets.

This is second time I used American Cleaning. Rob came the first time as I thought my carpet was too badly stained from dog vomit to save. He ended up dying it. It's now perfect. This time I called again and made appointment. He came timeframe agreed on. This time I had spilled some coffee on the carpet and couldn't remove which he did. Then he cleaned the bedroom, bath, closet carpet. My dog lives under my bed with oils from her coat which cleaned up too. The carpets now look great again. He removed doggie rub marks down the back of my couch too. Rob is a carpet miracle worker!

Both arrived within the time specified, looked at the areas to be cleaned, and did their job efficiently and well. After trying many others, I have use them exclusively.

I have used them for what seems like forever and have never had a bad experience. The last time was as usual, tell them what needs to be cleaned,set up an appointment, they show up, quote a firm price, I give them the OK, and they cleaned what I asked them too, loaded their equipment, and left the things looking brand new.

We were very happy & will definitely use AAmerican cleaning in the future.

I have used A American Cleaning Bob's for probably 20 years. They have never let me down. Always responsive. Rob has had extensive training in many cleaning categories. They may be a little more expensive, but they are worth it if you want a great job!

Robb was on time (he always is). Robb is a great worker - goes the extra mile and does a great job. He always cleans everything spotless. He has cleaned my carpet & has done an excellent job. I would use them again and would ask for Robb.

Joe showed up when he said he would, went right to work and He finished in when he said he would and the carpets looked great. No muss No Fuss. He cleaned 4 large rooms and a staircase. The price was more than fair, This is the third time I've used this company and I would have no trouble using or recomending them again.

Nicely done. Carpets (wool) look really good. Their had been food grease spots and stains and they are all gone.

Very efficient and professional, promptly measured price before proceeding. Very very thorough and I was amazed how the badly trafficed areas became clean!! I think this company charges a little more but their equipment was superb & they are diligent in extracting water. Rugs were dry in 5 hours.
