Great! Arrived on time. Got right to it. Carpets are much cleaner. I'm a happy camper!

Arrived on time, very friendly and helpful, I hired them every year and have recommended the company to my friends.

The cleaner was punctual. polite, and efficient.

This is the third time that I have used this service. The service man shows up promptly, is courteous, does the work and leaves. Last year, I had a stain that did not come out to my satisfaction the first time (strawberry smoothie on white rug!), they returned and shampooed again. Voila, the stain was gone! There was no added cost for this return visit. I will continue to use them, usually annually!

A American Cleaning Bob's Rob Cartwright responded promptly to our call and arrived quickly to give us an estimate. The company's main focus is on carpet and upholstery cleaning, but they also do re-installation. The estimate, which included quality padding, and cleaning after installation, was reasonable and we were impressed with Rob's professionalism. That's understandable in retrospect, as he has been with the company since 1991 and holds a “Master Textile Cleaner” Certification, according to the company's website. He arrived on time for the installation, completed the re-installation efficiently, and left the carpet looking cleaner than it ever had. We were very pleased. We will certainly hire A American Cleaning Bobs the next time we need carpet work done.

Rob & his assistance arrived on time and worked nearly 3 hours cleaning the wall to wall carpeting, bumper rail & moving furniture. Rob tried to keep the finest door brush ar possible, he also gave special attention to places where kitty had sprayed.
