While getting ready to move out of our first home with a septic tank, we were advised we'd need the septic inspected and pumped out. We were really short on time. When I called and explained my situation to Gary at Clean Septic Pumping, he said he would try to work us into his schedule for the next day. He didn't have the time to do the inspection, so he gave us the number to another company who worked with him that could come out and do that. The price quoted included the inspection and the pumping. After the inspection was complete, Gary was able to come by and pump out our septic tank. He arrived within the time frame we had set. He was very professional and polite. He got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Clean Septic Plumbing to anyone. If we weren't moving out of state, I'd definitely use them, again, if needed.

Gary was able to schedule us within a week of our phone call about 3 days when our septic was backing up. He was able to locate and pump all tanks of our septic. He provide helpful advise on septic to avoid future issues. I would use his services in the future and recommend to others.

Gary Boersema is the type of individual you dream will show up when you hire a service provider for the first time. A nice, friendly, on time, very professional guy highly motivated to provide the best service at a reasonable price. Unlike most other vendors, the Clean Septic Pumping web site includes detail pricing for all their services. My telephone quote from Gary matched the published prices exactly. After I agreed and Gary arrived on site, he actually reduced the price he had quoted me by $40 due to the size of my tank. He had an emergency call he was headed to next, but still went about his work in an unhurried fashion and spent some time explaining a possible problem my system might still have and recommending two companies that could resolve the problem should it occur.

They did a fantastic job. He was a great communicator. He showed up early and finished it in an hour and a half. He charged us a lot less than what we were expecting.

He called right back on questions i had about the lids- at 7 PM. He was able to get us in, in a few days, before our vacation. He was on time and really friendly! He answered many questions i had and explained it so i could understand the concept. He did not stand around and talk, he was working the whole time. I did not feel like he was rushing the job either. His clean up job was great, and no leakage of the pipes for my dogs to roll in later. whew! THERE IS NO DOUBT I WILL RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN- ABSOLUTELY. And if our septic ever fails, i will go with who he suggests to go to. He works alone- he is the owner- and has alot of pride in his job and reputation. i can understand why. (His price is the same as others i called- which i feel is a bit pricey- thus a B. if you mention Angie Lists to him you get a 10% discount.)

Gary was prompt, courteous and professional. Completed the job quickly (I had already dug out the septic tank. He appreciated that I had done this.) He gave us valuable information on the working of the septic and some changes we could make to delay pumping in the future. Will definitely call him again.

Gary called a couple of hours prior to the appointment to say another job held him up and would it be okay if he came at 4:00pm, instead of 2:00pm. I liked the communication and understand the nature of this line of work may not work on a normal timetable. He arrived on time, taking the time to greet both my husband and I. We spoke about previous poor experiences with another local septic company; he listened. He uncovered our septic, digging it out, and discovered the issue was with the drain field. He was honest in sharing that he doesn't work on drain fields and gave us a trusted reference. I called the new septic person, was greeted (not by voicemail) by a live person, who assured me that our drain field would be a priority to him. We expect him Thursday and look forward to another positive experience. We will hire Gary again in future. He was professional, pleasant, and honest.

He was prompt. It took the service provider about two hours to clean the septic tank and did an awesome job.

I have an unusual septic issue that required pumping up a 160' bluff. Gary came out promptly. He recognized that he did not have the very specialized equipment to do the job but instead of leaving, he spent over an hour with me at no charge diagnosing my problem and recommending someone that I could trust to do the work. Gary squeeze me in his last appointment of the day and did the work very professionally. He also provide me the needed knowledge on how septic tank works and why I need to get something fixed and maintained. Fantastic! Gary was super helpful in booking the appointment via email. Very patient and professional. I am not always the easiest person to contact. Showed up on time and was very polite and professional with my wife. Was very helpful in educating my wife and I (who are new to owning a home with a septic tank) on how the system worked and how to take care of it. My wife was so pleased with the service that she said she wished we could have Gary do all of our work for us not just the septic care. No way I'll be using a different provider in the future. The experience was perfect and I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

We had a septic emergency during the evening and Gary came out on Saturday (a day he normally has off) for a nominal extra charge. We were so thankful to get it resolved so quickly!

They advertise they service Pierce Pierce County and they apparently only serve PARTS of Pierce County. Must be nice to turn down customers from Angie's List. It was definitely this company that I contacted. Great excuse questioning the competence of the person writing of the review when they have a bad experience. What motivation would I have to say you wouldn't service my address if it wasn't true. it wasn't emergency service, just work I needed done. Glad I found someone else.

the lid. There was a clog that he fixed and all was well. I really appreciated all the education he gave me while he was working. I'm a new homeowner and didn't know much about septic systems and now I feel confident that the next time this happens I can fix it myself. The cost was 100 bucks which I thought was VERY reasonable. I have recommended this business to all my friends on FB as well as everyone on Angie's List!

Our septic system backed up at the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend and no one was returning my calls or able to schedule an appointment soon enough. But when I called Gary he answered immediately and came out the next day - on Memorial Day. He was very professional, honest and so reasonable. I recommend him to everyone that needs septic services. My neighbor just used him yesterday(3/24/14) and couldn't say enough nice things about him as well. She will recommend him now too. If you need any services relating to septic call Gary!

I have a septic tank that the previous homeowners had built a deck on top of, and which as a result has quite limited access (only straight down into the tank through a small trapdoor.) When I discovered earlier that it had filled up (well ahead of when it should have, assuming it had been pumped properly when I bought the house 3 years previous), I had two other septic contractors come out to attempt to pump it -- one declined to do it at all, the other did so but said he only got 10-20% of the material and that it would probably need to be pumped out again in a year or two. Gary, on the other hand, just took care of the problem, and managed to get it entirely cleared out without much difficulty. He was prompt, professional, and got the job done.

Gary spent time locating the septic tank and had to extensively dig through tough dirt several feet to uncover both lids (one which wasn't on a riser). He took great care to put the lawn and stone wall back in place so that it barely looked touched. Overall he performed a super job and was very professional and we would definitely use him again.
