We phoned Gary in the morning, and he was able to come out the same day in the afternoon. He arrived on time. He did not have to dig and uncover the two tanks, as this was already done for him. After he finished pumping the tanks, he inspected the tanks and drain field. He answered all our questions, and gave us a lot of good advise on the maintenance of the tanks and drain field while he was completing the job. Gary did not like our filtering system that came with the septic tank and provided us with contacts to improve the filter system. This was all done while it was raining. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

It went smoothly. He was very helpful in telling us how to add risers to our tank and where to purchase them, so that we will not have to dig them out the next time we need the tank pumped.

Gary responded promptly and we set up setup an appointment right away. The costs are fairly standard in Pierce county. Had an issue with the drain field being overgrown. Gary help getting that resolved. We paid him to do all the paperwork with the county. Great in keeping updated with events. Would easily recommend and have already.

After inspection it was found that the tank met requirements and didn't need pumping. Other vendors that I have used in the past would have just charged me to pump the tank unnecessarily.

Arrived on time, helped me remove significant amount of roots from septic and got everything flowing again.

The satelite cable was accidentally cut during digging for tank lid. Owner immediately offered to not charge the normal digging fee to help me pay for repair. Service was accomplished promptly and all questions were answered. Would definitely hire this company again.

I sent an email and he responded right away. He asked if it was an emergency or could wait. He actually showed a bit early but asked if that was ok. He took and look at my tank and almost talked me out of pumping because he thought it looked ok, but considering our heavy use (I do alot of laundry for my disabled Dad and sister, plus teenager showers, and we have an old system) we mutually agreed its better to pump slightly early. But nice to be given honest assessment and choice. Then he repaired some minor issues for free. His prices seem reasonable and he's friendly and polite. I used him 4 years ago and will call him again when needed.

worth every cent. Nice person to deal with and answered all my questions about maintenance and condition. He had to dig down a foot for the lid in mud, not a complaint and reasonable charge. I will hire again, seemed like an honest down to earth person who gave good service.

This was the first time we've had the septic tank pumped in our home and Gary made it a very easy experience. He responded quickly to my inquiry, was able to proceed without me being there, did the service promptly, and provided a follow-up call with some very important information about the state of our septic system. He recommended some service, but did indicated that it could probably be done on the next pumping. I'll definitely be asking him to do our next pumping and provide the necessary maintenance to the system. I couldn't ask for more!!!

No service provided because Gary helped us to know our house is on sewer, instead of septic tanks. Gary is very professional. With several questions, he easily figured out that we are not on septic. Then He helped me communicate with previous owner and figured out that we need a plumber. He is great! I would certainly recommend him to anybody!
